239 reviewsI am currently on the final day of my stay at Masula (formerly Yanakiev) Hotel and I would like to leave a huge amount of praise for the staff at this perfect hotel in Borovets. LOCATION - This is a perfect ski-on/ski-off location with convenient access to their ski school, learning slopes, button lifts and chair lifts. SERVICE - I had a couple of unforeseen circumstances which meant we had to be a fussier customer than I'd like and leave a day earlier than anticipated, but the staff were impeccable, courteous and nothing was trouble to them. The restaurant staff, bar, cleaning and reception staff made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Big thank you to Bilyana and her colleagues on reception for accommodating our requests with nothing but care & a willingness to help. FACILITIES - We used the spa/pool area which was clean, adequate and very useful after a morning's worth of skiing. We even paid for massages which were of an excellent standard. Overall, thank you Yanakiev/Masula for making our stay a positive experience ❤️👏🏽
