Away from the maddening city, this inn is a well-maintained property which took us by pleasant surprise. Quick reception service and we were ushered into comfortable rooms - spartan room decorations but conformable. A really comfortable bed and basic breakfast and even tea. They do have a spectacular view to the valley in front.
P.S. They don't accept American Express cards.

I stayed at this place together with my family, therefore booked three rooms. Although the overall expression was okay upon arrival it turned out to be a bad choice. The breakfast is bad for brazilian standard, the inventory old, the parking small and hard to access. Sometimes the stuff is driving the cars away to generate space for others. THis can cost a lot of time. You will have to speak Portuguese. Dont expect an invoice when you pay.. Dont expect you can split payments. Dont expect your payments will have to be approved by your pin or signature. The hotel just takes the money, once they know your credit card number from e.g booking.com..

The worst for us however was that there was no heating and warm shower. And even upon complaining the stuff was not able to fix it. The owner even argued the problem was not existing!!! I never experienced this kind of unpolitness before. I clearly felt that the owner does not give a **** to provide good service.

So the only positive thing about this place is the room size and that some of the personal was kind.

For the same price you will find places closer to the centre with the same quality. Thus no reason to book this place at all. Dont go there.

The images you see on booking.com are deceiving. In reality the place is much older and smaller.

Unpolite owner, cold shower, deceiving pictures

At the first sight I got disappointed. The pictures look quite different than the reality, but the room is really good and comfortable. Unfortunately the neighbourhood is quite noisily and disturbed my nap.

The breakfast is poor and the place to park the car is small. Far from downtown, 10 minutes driving , so i was expecting a quiet place, but it didn´t happen.

At all is regular, but I was expecting more about it.
