Pro:Excellent location. Close to money exchange, restaurant and tour agency. Because of its location, you could easily ask your tour agency for a free pick up from airport.Friendly staff.Con: Low hot water flow, intermittent Wifi, no power points next to a table or bedOverall:OK with up to two nights stay

Excellent location

There are many things to be upgraded. 1. Some doors for restrooms and shower rooms are not locked.2. There has been out of  water for men's toilet for 3 days. 3. Power outlet in a room is located at too high position so that it is very difficult to use them.4. There is no hanger for towels in rooms.5. Too loud. 6. Reception person does not want to help guests.

Upgrade needed

It’s a converted office block so not really laid out well to be hotel. Many of the windows in the breakfast room are cracked.There was no hot shower and the heating in the communal area was a gas patio heater - this was left running indoors all night with no obvious ventilation.The only saving grace was the coffee at breakfast, which was better than many other hotels in Bolivia!

We had difficulty crossing the border into Chile, so we arrived here late and Josie was very kind and helpful, even if she did give us all the wrong information concerning buses, schedules and necessary room changes. The following day was a carnival celebration so there were no buses. We had to stay another night. The blonde girl who works the day shift was rude and unhelpful and told us we needed to change rooms. We wanted to have breakfast first. They rushed us to change rooms, so we packed up and moved. Then, the same girl who had refused to call the bus company for me, told us that they made a mistake and we had to move everything back. We are senior citizens and we had to climb three flights of stairs. Our room was adequate. Breakfast was poor. The location is good. I cannot recommend this place. 

Aggravating

We stayed here for 2 nights in a double room. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions (with the help of Google Translate). The breakfast was as expected and consisted of the usual breads, jam, cheese, ham, eggs, tea/coffee. There was WiFi but it was average  The showers were not always hot and had some very questionable wiring running along it. Overall not a bad stay. Local shops/restaurants all very close.

What you'd expect out here....

Nice little hotel in this small town. Room was spacious, the wifi worked well. The shower was a bit tricky, you only get hot water if you don't open the valve quite a bit. We had a comfortable stay here.

Nice little hotel

The hostel is located in the town center and cheap. The place is warm and so are the rooms. Minimum confort ; but the non private showers had hot water, and that is all we wanted, for that very short stay (left at 5am the next morning).

Cheap and central

The location is good. I need to carry my luggage to climb up two floors steps. It is difficult for me. The wi fi is good.

It was okay but not the best choice since it's a bit cold in the room..

Nice hotel in the center of uyuni. Lots of stairs to get to room but the room is simple and comfortable. Showers are hot and bathrooms are clean. The ppl that work there are very nice. Close walk to food and town square. Highly recommended
