Absolutely marvellous city hotel,
superbly appointed, interesting
themed suites and rooms, attention
to detail, cleanliness and
housekeeping are amazing. Carmen,
the lovely hotelier and her team,
including the very personable Marta,
certainly understand hospitality.
Breakfast was great and the
communal coffee/tea/minibar station
is an impressive way to manage that
service for guests. Certainly will be
back, can't wait! Also very easy walk
to shops and restaurants. Very well
done, thank you Carmen.

A gorgeous haven in a city

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, and warm and friendly owner. Our room was gorgeous, so big, and beautifully decorated. It had a bath and a shower! Wished we were staying more than 1 night. Parking was easy on the quiet road near the hotel and was cheap. The bistro below is closed now but we went to Brasserie Mi-Di in the town for dinner, only a short walk, and the food and hospitality was so lovely, we'd really recommend eating there. We were given everything you could want for breakfast the next morning at the hotel: eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, yogurt, lovely rolls and pastries, juice, tea and coffee and were full until the evening! Really recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely be back!

Fabulous

I stayed here with 4 Italian customers, so the five rooms were just perfect for us. Very clean rooms with renovated bathrooms. Nice detail is the fact that the rooms are all named after a Belgian Trappist brewery. The host, Carmen, was very friendly and helpful. Easy and transparant communication. And we enjoyed a lovely dinner which she prepared for us. Thanks to her background as a “Zhytologe” (Beer connaisseur) we were served a delicious 3-course food & beer pairing. Breakfast was extensive and more than good. An absolute place-to-go-to if you’re staying in Kortrijk. We’ll be back!

Perfect host & clean, nice rooms

I stayed for 2 weeks there and highly recommend this hotel. It's located in the walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the town center and Kortrijk train station. The room was clean. TV/Internet worked flawless. A good continental breakfast and a coffee/tea/beer self-service kitchen were good. There are Delihaze and bakery shops near hotel.

A nice small hotel in Kortrijk

We needed to eat at a place with great food and a really good Beer List ! We found it on the outskirts of town and it was open on a Wednesday night. Whoopee ! Superbly fitted out with Beer Memorabilia . Don't miss out on this superb Bar . Apparently you can also stay overnight in themed rooms upstairs! 

Beer And Battlefields

The hotel is situated in the city center, close to all Kortrijk attractions , you can walk from the hotel to the attractions ,they are all walking distance,the room(double bed room) was clean and spacious,in a very safe neighborhood close to two big supermarkets,Carmen , the owner is very helpful and nice.
If ever in Kortrijk again, I know where I'm staying ...

Very nice stay in Kortrijk

We stayed in the Orval Room which is the best room in the main building above the restaurant. The room was large and well appointed, the en-suite bathroom had both a shower and a jacuzzi bath. There was a small area just outside the room with tea and coffee making facilities.

The bar & restaurant are well stocked and offer a range of Belgian food and drink. The breakfast was a very good continental style with the option of eggs done however you'd like.

The main reason for our visit was to sample some of the local beers and this hotel is perfectly placed for this being just a short walk to a variety of locations in the town. 

The parking is on-street and not guaranteed, although I had no problems all weekend. Parking is free on Sundays and after 6pm and costs just 2Euro50 for all day the rest of the time.

Check-in time is from 1800 to tie in with the opening hours of the bar, if you arrive sooner you will need to find something to occupy yourself.

Well located for a weekend in Kortrijk

just stayed here for 4 nights , the rooms were clean and well laid out . all the rooms have recently been refurbished , to a high standard . the manager/owner , Carmen is very friendly , has a great sense of humor and a good command of the English language , essential for us lazy Brits . the breakfasts are good , the locals friendly and the Flemish Stew with its fries and salad is to die for . loved my stay , planning a return .
