For me that I am Portuguese, I started speaking in English and we were surprised that the attendant was Brazilian so we spoke in portuguese, it was a nice start! The staff is 5 stars, always concerned about the client satisfaction. We stayed two nights and it was perfect. Good quality of the rooms and beds for the price. We loved the bar ambient so much we almost went out to find other bars. The common kitchen also allows bag packers to save some money on food! Is not too close for the center, but it is walkable! It has a train station and a shopping center in a 2 min walk!

walking distance to public transportation, to the main attractions, restaurants, quite neighborhood.  Our room was extremely spacious, clean and the private bathroom.
Staff at the front desk were very helpful. Check-in was quick.Highly recommended!

Better than expected

We stayed at Red Carpet Hostel in the middle of July. We wanted to spend our two free days without spending too much money and we made it!!! We got a big room with a big double be which was really comfortable and our own bathroom. The room had a big window heading to the cortyard of the hostel. The cortyard was closed during the night time, which made our stay very silent and relaxing. Honestly, it was a great experience as the hostel was spacious, with a big dinning room and possibility to make your own food at the kitchen. Also add that the staff was really helpful!!!! Possibility to borrow a locker to put your luggage in it if necessary after the check-out. I highly recommend it. Close to all kind of restaurants and public transport.

Better than expected. 2 min walking from Wien Westbanhoff!!

We stayed 2 nights in a private double room at the Red Carpet. The hostel was very close to the Hauptbanhof, near many good restaurants and easy to find. 

Our room was extremely spacious, clean and the private bathroom was a nice treat from our previous hostel stops with shared washrooms. Water was hot, water pressure was amazing, only downside is the shower didn't drain properly.

Staff at the front desk were very helpful. Check-in was quick and when we asked about nightlife, one of the girls spent quite some time with us to find cool hangouts and even buses to take home at night! Really impressed.

No WiFi in rooms, but worked fine in the lobby.

Exactly what we were looking for

Had a pretty decent 3 night stay at this hostel.  Dorm room setup, 4 beds with its own bathroom.  One key per room that you have to keep checking in.  WiFi was only downstairs in the common area which was annoying, and not many outlets in the room.  
But the location is great, room is comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.  The place is nicely situated near Mariahilfestr and Westbahnhof, easy to get anywhere you want.  Would recommend
