Very small hotel, but my room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and roomy enough. It seemed to have been updated fairly recently. 
Although on the ground floor facing the street, I was not disturbed by any sort of traffic noise at all.
Breakfast buffet was sufficient and very good.
Although just down the corner from the tram stop, I chose to take a taxi from and to the train station as the weather was iffy.
Taxi was about 12€.
Wifi was great. Reception staff very helpful.
Just spent 1 night on my way to Munich.  Would stay here again, it met my needs.


Nice hotel

I didn't want to spend two nights in fancy hotel in old town so I decided fir cheaper option in the suburb. Tram stop was near by which was very helpful. Ten minutes nice ride and you'll hit the edge of old town. Hotel was nice, rooms were clean and quiet.  Breakfast fine. For the money I guess it was a good deal.

Nice hotel near by downtown

We've stayed one night in Linz, and the accommodations were ok for this time period. Near the hotel you will find the tram stations, wich is a big plus if you want to visit the center. The overall quality was ok, clean room, quiet and the breakfast was ok.

For the price its ok

We stayed here only for one night. Everything was good: clean and not tiny double room, free parking and normal speed wi-fi. Breakfast wasn't poor, with good variety. Location is also good, only few steps from the tram stop to the city center. Recommended for 1-2 night stays.

Good hotel for the price

Stayed overnight to get a flight from Linz Airport.  Arrived at main train station and hotel is a quick 5 tram stops away.  Hotel is small, but very friendly receptionist.  Room was clean but quite basic, but for an overnight was perfect.  Breakfast was continental and sufficient, but not overly generous.  No lift, so if you have heavy luggage ask for a room on the ground or first floor.  Were given 3 wifi connections, but we could only get the 'unsecured' one.  To get to the airport, the 601 bus is the cheapest option from the main train station.  Runs every hour, takes about half an hour and costs EUR 3.10 per person.  The price we got for this room was cheap in comparison to other hotels in Linz, but we think it was still a bit too expensive for how the hotel presents.  Would stay here again for one night if price was reasonable.  One amazing thing for Austria is that the hotel is completely non-smoking which is a real thumbs up for this hotel.

1 minute walk from two tram lines + a non-smoking hotel

Clean room, New, very dirty kitchen while having breakfast, breakfast nice variety with Nutella, Butter, Wifi good. A little bit Loud because of the Street. Not in the center but if you have a car no problem. Staff nice.
