Property was good, clean and conveniently located. Communication leading to check in really soured the experience

The hotel was in great proximity to everything we needed. Great parking, easy access with keykards but also secure. The apartment itself was quite dirty. Lots of dust which triggered asthmatics. Also the batteries need to be changed in the smoke detection, beeping through the night. The floors had not been clean and toenails were in the carpet. The air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom was leaking onto the wardrobe door and carpet. The main concern was the bed in the main bedroom. The sheets had makeup on them and there were visible handprints on the headboard in what looked like lubricant. With no other option of spare blankets, we had to sleep on the bed. Not cool.

Prooerty was well managed as didnt realise was schoolies time but was still quiet & security was good. Was a good stay

Where do I start, the treasure hunt for the keys. The second key in a different location🙄 The apartment was dirty and run down and depressing. 3 knives, 3 forks, 3 spoons, what’s with that😡 too bad if you want to have anyone around for a bbq, I went out and brought more cutlery. Everything was cheap and nasty. Will never stay there again.

terrible communication. No one is going to answer the phone after hours. No staff to get help. If you are checking in after hours, be careful because they will never going to answer the call if you need help.We couldn’t check in because they haven’t send us the check in details and we were trying to get help but no one answers the phone nor reply to my email for quite a long time. Very disappointing with the communication.
