Beautiful old, rustic Hotel with a lot of character.  Attended for dinner, huge Menu and if your a Parma fan, they boast that they have 100 different varieties.  We chose the Beef and Guinness Pie with mash and veges and the Slow roasted lamb shoulder with mash and veges and both were absolutely sensational, I would go so far as to say possibly the best slow roasted lamb shoulder I've had.  Good sized meals and reasonably priced.

Excellent meals

4 adults plus two grandsons recommended by someone to the Shamrock Hotel. Rustic appearance from the outside, modern clean kitchen, generous meal portions, friendly staff, a real slice of Australian…
Plus unique normal menu plus the 101 Parma’s please…..what a choice the ones we had were delicious. 
Great family venue or foe us grey nomads (in my case bald nomad)

Pcatz family holiday

We are on a 4 day escapade up north to Echuca- encouraged by the State Govt travel voucher incentives!
Our first dining experience was close by our lovely Adelphi Apartment- and while usually hesitant about Irish pubs - we opted fir the Shamrock Hotel as it was so close by. 
What a clever choice !! Welcomed by bar staff and offered a table close by despite not having booked in - presuming Monday was a quiet night! 
The choice of 100 different varieties of Parmigiana was daunting but offset by a second menu which provided many options - we opted for the Beef  and Guinness Pie and the Fisherman’s Basket - and applaud the chefs for two totally amazing dishes ! Scoring way above the mark of pub food - and thank you to the staff for offering to explain menu options and guiding us in the right direction. 
It’s rare to enthuse over predictable pub food but the Shamrock clearly scores above the norm. And lunches above its weight - the gigantic tv screen featuring boxing matches didn’t even intrude on our enjoyment

Post Covid escapade to Echuca

We stayed two days while travelling north and again on our way home. Everything supplied and good to catch up on washing both times. We found everyone working in the hotel from cleaning, reception, hotel staff very friendly and helpful.  Could not fault the place

we would of liked to have a chance to try the food but not with that attitude. 
Went to riverside motel. Greeted with a nice smile and friendly service.

I went to lunch just to try the Parmi 101, so many options and all sounded mouth watering but I chose the Surf & Turf Parmi and WOW very delicious.. I even was allowed to sit in the beer garden with my little dog who is that spoilt she even had some of my lunch and couldn't stop licking her lips.. The food was fresh and cooked great..
Great friendly staff, I had a young lady I think with dark hair but also a stripe of some purple or pink colour in her hair, I didn't get her name but she was very nice and explained their was only 2 staff so could be awhile but she was very quick and seemed a great worker.. 
The place was clean and tidy just a nice atmosphere..
Definitely recommend this place.. I will definitely go back when in the area..

The BEST PARMI

My partner and I went there for a Schniti as we love our Schnitzel's
Not only was there a massive and unique range but the servers were large, the staff were friendly and the beer was cold.

Extra special bonus .. it just happened to be her birthday and there is a no so secret menu item just for Birthdays!

Fantastic 101 Schnitzel menu

We stopped in for an early dinner after driving all day and was pleasantly surprised.  All the staff were very friendly and the quick service and tasty food meant would definitely head back there.   
Although we did not try any, the Parma menu was extensive and popular.   
The bar and bistro were comfortable and with the large outdoors areas there was plenty of space for any size group.  

Great pub food and lively venue

I have dined here before, so suggested to my group of eleven grey nomads that we go there for dinner, and what a treat it was, clean, comfortable and staff eager to serve, the meals were superb, more than we could eat. It really was a first class dining experience. Well done to staff and management. 

Dinner

Wow the menu has 101 Parmy toppers, we didn’t have the Parmy instead we went for the steak. The feed was amazing cooked to perfection, you will not be disappointed. The staff added to the atmosphere, great place, great people, awesome food. 👍👍
