33 reviewsMy husband was hunting down some special Orchids up the Sunshine Coast way and we decided to make it a one night stay over. The Orchid Grower was in a charming little town by the name of Woombye. We found this lovely B & B close to the Nursery. The owners, Ken and Mel, are exactly the type of people you would expect to run a quaint and welcoming Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Warm and inviting, this B & B is everything you could wish for; immaculate, estetically pleasing and the views from the veranda are everything lush and Tropical you would expect in an Australian experience. They are also discreet and very respectful towards their guests. The full Breakfast of different choices was delicious and they go out of their way to please. My husband is a real Aussie gardener and he had much to explore, enjoy and discuss in the way of trees, plants and exotic fruit. Set in the beautiful rolling hills and valleys of the Sunshine Coast countryside, this is not just a night or two stopover, but an enjoyable and restoritive experience. We highly recommend this lovely accommodation.
