Jan's Bed & Breakfast is a great place to be. Is it because of the Bed? Sure, I slept very well. Is the Breakfast making the difference? Also very good.
It is a great place because of Jan herself. What a lovely caring woman she is! And she give you medical advices too. For free!!

We recently stayed 3 nights with Jan in her lovely house in Rothwell, Redcliffe. Very well kept gardens. Large, tidy and clean bedroom with our own toilet. Very comfortable stay with great breakfast each morning. 
The house is literally across the road from a small group of shops that includes an IGA supermarket, Chinese restaurant ( good food) and an Italian restaurant and cafe. 
Highly recommend staying here - cheapest B & B in the area as well. 

We stayed at Jan's for one night on a very hot day. The room was kept cool and comfy with the airconditioning and we sat outside on the shaded terrace later that afternoon. She offered to cook diner for us as it seemed to be a public holiday and all shops and restaurants were closed. Jan is a lovely host , very hospitable and her diner and breakfast were delicious.  Highly recommendable .

Stayed 1 night, we chose the twin beds, because it was a cheaper option, big mistake, small room and uncomfortable beds.
 Good breakfast, quite location, plenty of room in the lounge room. bathroom was good .

Jan is a welcoming hostess. 

Great B&B

Just like home used to be.

After emailing Jan the  Owner and letting Her Know dates and needs we needed as we on business working in the Area,the cost was given on her own web site of $170 for two nights in second bedroom.
Asking for 3 receipts which she said she could do as the Business owner was paying half,i received email saying she wanted to round it up to $180 for two nights,which is false advertising etc ,on the phone she sounded so stressed and went straight to the point as i replied to the email saying who the receipts were for and the amounts needed as she had said round it up $180 !!! which i disagree totally.
Jan says she has good name well as a Business employee/ex Owner she has very bad people skills,as well as quoting two different Rates.
