The Rooms are very well appointed with good Air Conditioning, TV, Phone, Fridge and clean bathroom all tiled. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the neighborhood is a delightful part of Vung Tau only a few blocks to walk to miles of beach.

A Beautiful 'Boutique' Hotel, Clean Private and Friendly A real gem and well located

The staff at the hotel are brilliant, they are very friendly and offer great advice. The rooms are very basic, clean and there is always good wifi available. The location is great; a 10 minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by restaurants. The best way to get around is by motorbike which we rented though the hotel for 200,000 VND with helmets and drove to the highlights of Vung Tau all within a 20 minute drive from the hotel. The hotel is very secure and is locked up at night.

Excellent staff, basic room and great location

We stayed for a few days . Place is clean we arrived on Thursday and wanted to stay 4 days. First 2 nights we paied $9 per night which we consider a reasonable. But for Saturday and Sunday they wanted almost a double amount which is simply too much for the place. 
Resist the rooms with the balcony , as they lead to te intersection of two busy streets- very noisy .
Also across the street is a huge karaoke with unending supply of local talents.
They start at 10 am and end late night.
Receptionist was very pleasant lady, spoke good good English . Wifi worked.
Back beach extremely polluted with pieces of garbage, plastic and food floating every few inches. 
Glass ( like light bulbs) in the sand . It was unpleasant to look at it, we would not put feet in this water.  Front beach much cleaner but almost no sand. 

Double price

Staff are lovely but for the poor uncomfortable bed, broken shower and no hot water it is very overpriced compared to many other places I've stayed in vietnam. Location is handy and close to everything.
