Bus driver dumped us in Sapa at 4am. In order to get some sleep before our homestay transfer booked a room till midday the next day - for 2 people roughly £10. Strong wifi, good coffee and helpful  owners will set you up if you need a cheap, clean place to rest your head for a while. Dont expect the ritz but for those on a budget its fine. Our room had 2 large double beds.

Well managed guest house where You can use the structure as Your home!A young staff member , speak satisfactory English and can assist You for any needs  concerning city activities.
Large rooms and bathrooms with satisfactory level of cleanliness .

A cheaper solution

We stayed there for two nights in late October. We arrived in the lobby only to find a very small child playing and no one else around. A little while later a confused woman came down the stairs but didn't speak a word of English. She had to call a guy (I assume the owner) to speak to us. 
They seemed very confused and it felt like we were their first guests ever as the check in took a while and nothing was organized. 
After the check in we came in the room, only to find out that the power was out in the entire hotel. We asked when it would be back in order and were told it should be back on in two hours. We also wanted to take a shower after the long trip but there was no hot water. 
The room is very noisy as there were huge trucks driving by 24 hours a day.
The room was OK at best. 
Would not stay there again.
