due to a last moment cancellation of another Hotel, we ended up in the Hanoi Holiday Diamond Hotel. We were amazed with the caring service and, btw, they prepare delicious food at a super reasonable price made with love.
they know how to treat clients.

We highly recommend this hotel located in a very dynamic district of Hanoi. The staff is warm and welcoming, always attentive, especially Henry, who helped us book all our tours in Vietnam (Ha Long bay, Sapa, Hoi An, Hue, Da Nang, all transports, hotels etc.) when we arrived. It was great!

Great time in Hanoi Holiday Diamond Hotel

I slept two days in this hotel. The room was very clean and the hotel located near by downtown.
I have many nice memories about this hotel especially, staff Tony help me arrange transportation to Sapa. It's so convenient. He’s very nice man 
If i go hanoi, i’ll stay here again =)

Very nice staffs and located

Clean and tidy hotel with friendly helpful staff. Staff were very good at giving recommendations for different tours and how to find different places. We departed early in the morning but the staff were happy to cook breakfast early for us which was kind of them

Great hotel

Stayed here our first night in Hanoi & found good first impressions, we ventured out of hanoi for a couple days, decided to stay out an extra day they moved our reservation at no cost or problem. We came back for another night & they had even upgraded our room, also at a cost of $0.00. Service was fantastic as to where we didn't have to lift a finger. Fabulous little hotel at good prices!

Good hotel with great service

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Old Quarter, so perfect for wandering out and about as well as being picked up by the local guides for tours. 

For the small price paid, the room is simple but clean, air conditioned, and it includes a cooked breakfast, and brilliant service - such as a detailed intro to the city when we first checked in, and offering to book us our taxi to the airport and even cooking us breakfast to take with us (as it was a very early flight) with no fuss at all. Every single member of staff was excellent and went out of their way to help us, in particular Anna and Mia we probably dealt with the most. Thank you!

Great location and staff

Perfect location in the centre of old quarter. 
Very simple and clean hotel. You get what you pay for.
Most importantly secure, clean and central. 
Staff are extremely helpful and courteous as are the Vietnamese people. 
Old quarter is very central and great for tourists. 
If you plan on using a hotel for just sleep etc. This hotel is perfect.

* Bedrooms are basic providing all amenities.
* Provides a limited but substantial breakfast.
* Elevators from ground (Lv 1) to all floors.
* Situated in the Old Hanoi.
* A short walk to the lake region.
* All varieties of store, merchandise, clothing even tailored clothing, etc..

First Time 301

I stayed here for four nights, the hotel is nestled right in the middle of the old quarter so as soon as you walk out of the door you are right into the hustle and bustle of the day to day activities of the markets and street restaurants which abound in this area
Whilst the hotel is a budget hotel the rooms were clean and comfortable and surprisingly quite considering where we were.
but the real winner for me were the staff, everyone from the porters to the reception and management were fantastic will stay here again.

Good hotel great staff

Specially my room was small and congested. Breakfast is not so rich. Limited menu and it is not buffet. But stuffs & Service is good. Stuffs are helpful. It is near the old quarter. Very few place for shopping near the Hotel. No big shopping mall is there near to Hotel.
