I visit here twice for travel, and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff are wonderful and friendly, they go out of their way to do everything they can to make you feel at home. So I'm going to make my home feel like a world class 5 star chic hotel! Everyone is wonderful, but a special thank you goes to  cleaning staff for making my room extremely clean

My first choice was when I arrived

The room was included in our tour. Didnt spend much in the hotel.
The view of the bay from the room is very nice. Quite some insects in our room though.. Dinner and breakfast are up to expectation (of a small hotel). As mentioned by other guests, mattress is  extremely hard. But i was exhausted after spending a day on the cruise, so i could still fall  asleep.

I saw a new hotel nearby is being renovated, so guests may also want to check out the new one if they want to stay on the island

The room is ok. Big enough to open 2 big luggage. Overall is new and clean. Hwr, shower room is smelly.

Warning ⚠️, mattress is super hard. I jumped on it to sit and it's hurt my butt ha..ha. Be careful 😂

New hotel in a new town. Warning ⚠️ Mattress is very hard, don't throw yourself on it.

We got an upgrade to a VIP room. The room is lovely decorated. The housekeepers left the duvet in the closet wih no cover. See photo attached. I found hairs on the floor. Dust inside the closet and on the main table. The sink wasn't cleaned properly for a while.
 
The next day the housekeepers came into the room even that we were still in the room. I signed 2 minutes with my finger and they push the door open and came in anyway. We tried to explain to the  housekeeper that the duvet needs to be inside the duvet cover. She nodded. 

We came back and the floor was not cleaned, the bed wasn't made. Instead she folded the duvet on one side and the duvet cover on the other. They didn't touch the pillows. See photo.

The restaurant staff were grumpy. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 8:30 and when we arrived at 7:47am there was no more milk and they were not​ happy I asked for more.

We went to the top floor, as it has a nice terrace according to their photos, but it was closed and of course no one would like to explain why. 

It is a pity that a nice property is served so poorly. The interesting part is the welcome letter in the room for  to guests informing them of their high standards the hotel has.  See photo.
It will be great if the person who wrote that letter reads this review. 

Nice room terrible service!

Considering that this is a 3 star hotel (with a price reflecting this), you would think that the service would be up to par. For the breakfast "buffet" they had only three main meals; toast, fried egg and chicken noodles. They also did not have any milk for coffee, let alone any other beverage other than water. 

The room was nice and clean with good views (if you are on level 4).
