Room very big and clean, hotel near by beach. Around there u can find some restaurants, K- Mart store... WiFi was fast, staff so nice and helpful.
But the elevator is Small and sometimes you leave hotel stuff there as cleaner... And they dont serve for breakfast or drink. 

Nice hotel

We just stayed here for 2 nights, this hostel is not far from the beach and Han bridge as well.
The room was small, no windows and no breakfast. However it was excellent value for money. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful

Small hostel

We stayed at this hotel last minute after our flight got in and no busses were running to Hue at night. We booked through the information desk at the airport and asked for somewhere cheap and simple. It was further out than I expected, we paid 300k Song for the room which was reasonable, the rooms are small but very clean and tidy. No breakfast deals or many facilities but all we needed was a last minute bed for the night.

Last minute booking

Although there is a good location but the hotel is really disappointing. 

1. We booked here 2 nights in August via Booking.com, when checking in the front desk staff checked our reservation code which made it easy for him to capture the pin code on my phone screen. The following day, I received a Booking.com email saying "The hotel informed  that we were not staying at the hotel and my reservation was canceled". It was disgusting when they did that thing to not pay commission for Booking.com. 

2. One hour after check in at this hotel, we felt uncomfortable with the noisy from air condition. We notified this to the receptionist when we went out, but after 2-3 hours returned, the problem still unresolved. Another receptionist seemed very surprised when we continued to complain about the air condition. The receptionist was showing weakness when we could not tell what room in his hotel was twin or double room. We asked for double room, he again took the twin room, we disagreed, he moved another room with 2 double beds and with the bed is very hard bed and mattress. The next morning, a guy (maybe the owner of this hotel) was told we had to pay extra because the receptionist had gave us the wrong room yesterday. That is so funny! They forced us to pay extra for their mistake ?! 

We will never comeback this hotel again, for sure! If you want a comfortable stay, do not choose this hotel!

Dishonest Hotel

Unfriendly staff, small room, food was mediocre. 

Breakfast included but restricted to how much we could eat.   One day they gave us two eggs and another day (different server) gave us one and when we asked for two eggs, she said he had reach the limit - completely ridiculous. 

Rented scooters from them - waited for 2 hours for them to arrive.  Only to find out they were 15+ years old and one was not working.  

Absolutely disappointed.
