Pros: super cheap. An entire room cheaper than most hostel dorm beds. Hot water, and at least 1 of the 3 double beds that were in our room was comfortable. Had a balcony. Front desk staff were friendly. Had a small convenience store downstairs with fair prices.  Cons: it was so bright and noisy in our room by 6am that we never got to sleep past then. The Wi-Fi was awful, working only 20% of the time.  Overall I would stay here again if I was on a tight budget but under no other circumstance.

You get what you pay for

It's walking distance(less than 8 minutes) to the lake, Market & TheSinhTourist. 

If possible Avoid the rooms that facing the main roads as it can get very noisy traffic. All things that you need are available nearby. 

Room facing the golf field is less nosiy

I took Aiport shuttle bus to the airport. Get the hotel staff to contact the bus operator to arrange pick up from the hotel. It cost $40,000 Dong(one way) 

The staff don't speak a good English but helpful

very friendly receptionist, the room are clean (every day) the people than work in this hotel are very avaiable and honourable. the position is near the center and you can rent a motorbike for only 4 dollar

I arrived around 8pm and was shown my room for 120,000 VND.  That night I experienced at least 3 visiting rats although I had no food in the room, just coconut oil in a plastic water bottle which they chewed on.  Next morning I showered and experienced water running out onto the bedroom floor from the far back corner of the ensuite.  Both these experiences were repeated the following night.  When I asked that the room charge be reduced the receptionist wouldn't do so and lied to me.  She had people waiting at the desk so I did not go into detail but merely said "both you and I know this small old room is NOT worth 120,000 with the problems it has".  The cleaningg of rooms is very average as my bedside table had quite a layer of dust, NOT just a days dust and the sheet had two long black hairs on it beneath the pillow, obviously from the previous occupant.  The location is okay but there are many better.  Many other young tourists I spoke to have paid the same and had bigger rooms, no rats and no leakages.  There are thousands of vacancies during the week so visit then and stand firm on your offer as you will find the owners will chase you to come back and give you your price.

Many nice restaurants, travel agencis.
Really budget room for my trip!
We were here 3 nights, had 2 tours: city tour and countryside tour. they were very good and good cost.
