This was the cleanest, brightest and prettiest place we stayed.  Wonderful breakfast.  Friendly staff.  Not much Engllish spoken here, but it's thier country, learn some Spanish.  The room was tiny and the bed so so, but I loved the place anyway.  Couple of restaurants in easy walking distance.  Good AC.  Close to beach.

Clean and Bright

The room is very small, only the space for 2 beds and nothing else, it seems like a cell. The furniture are old, dirty curtain, dirty moquette, mold on the ceiling, smell of humidity, sheets apparently clean but grey for the use. We have the feeling to be in the 70s, in a no safe place: the plugs are old and broken, there is one in the shower close to the boiler and the water. The bed is unconfortable with a tiny maitress.The bathroom is more terrible than the room: small, old, with rust everywhere. The boiler don't have hot water enough for a shower, so you have cold water in the middle of your shower; they have a bidet, very common in Uruguay, but with cold water. The staff was not sensitive to our complaints. All of this for a price totally inadequate, more than the average we paid in Uruguay for the same category. Our advice: don't go!
