Please don’t EVER stay here especially if you have kids. This is an absolute horrible place to stay. Please read my review if you are even considering it. 
1) we got there and there was no one in the office. The doors where locked and a number on the door said to call. No one answered the call the entire time we stayed there so we had no customer service the whole vacation. Finally found one person who worked there and he was dropping the f-bomb every time he spoke to me. 
2) to get to the only stairs to our room I had to walk my kids over mountains of half empty liquor bottles and shot glasses, everyone who was staying (or living more likely) there was playing very loud inappropriate music and smoking weed out side the rooms. 
3)our entire stay we did not see a single employee and the one employee we did see one time was extremely rude and told us he wasn’t on the clock and walked away. 
4) we never got the room I had booked, I booked a room for 5 people. The pictures we saw of the rooms and the description all looked and sounded perfect, until we got there and got a room that could comfortably fit 2 people. It was a 10x10 square with two small beds so close to each other there wasn’t even a night stand in the middle, when I tried to ask someone about it I was hung up on. I had to go out and buy air mattresses for all of us to sleep on and we had no room to walk after that. 
5) I also had to buy toilet paper, blankets, and towels. We where given one roll of toilet paper and two bath towels for the entirety of our vacation and could not find or get ahold of a single employee to help us get more. 
6) we left a day early then we had planned because we couldn’t stand another night in this place, the cops where called to the hotel because of a fight that broke out. 
PLEASE DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE, they honestly need to be shut down. Anyone in Wildwood can tell you this is the trashiest motel they have ever encountered (I had a lot of people tell me that they’ve heard this while out at dinner and doing things with my family)

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Very low quality. Beds not comfortable, windows shades broken & you are up as soon as the sun rises. Oily sofas, not clean. No housekeeping! Furniture is worn out. A/C is too loud! Saw no one of the staff during our stay & never knew the wifi password.

Family holiday

Horrible we stay 2 nights I check in with a girl at the office she as nice but it's the only time I see someone from the employees no one it's there if you need anything forget about ask for even small thing like towels toilet paper nobody is there we still trying to relax rooms was clean but please furniture needs to be replaced I have to used my own shoes lace's trying to fix the sofa bed so my daughter can sleep both bed terrible can't sleep sofa all ripped not worth my money never stay here again 😣😣😣

Mini vacation!!!

This is your typical beach motel in this price range. The staff was amazing and friendly. The room was small but that was my fault I booked the wrong one and did not realize until the night before. They did try to upgrade me but it was booked they even checked at another motel that they own. We always had a parking spot. The pool is small but was clean. 

Exactly what I expected.

The room that I stayed in did not look anything like the pictures online. My couch in the living room was tore up they have old tv systems. The freezer barely worked on the refrigerator. I did not like the layout of the room. I don't feel it was worth the money I spent.

Family vacation

I booked this motel back in February 2018. Cancelled the reservation two days later only to find I had been charged $200.00. Per the cancellation policy I was only to be charged $113.40. I called and spoke with the owner of the property who ensured me I would be refunded. It is now May and I have yet to be refunded. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have to add to the growing list of scam victims. Tried to change the reservation date within 1 minute of mistakenly booking the wrong weekend - was denied. So I had to cancel outright. Tried to get refund. Denied. Keep in mind, I canceled within 1 or 2 minutes of booking.

Never stayed there, was literally booked for all of 1 minute when I tried to cancel, but 
had to pay full $149.

Scam artists. The worst.
