I would stay here again. I liked the fact that they didn't charge my card before I got there (I hate when hotels do that, since I usually use a different card when I arrive). The front staff was nice. I stayed 1 night with my teen daughter, the king room was clean and spacious.

Nice for the stay

The hotel is older and a little run down in places but clean, friendly, and quiet.  Very convenient to the interstate but not so close your hear it all night.  If you are looking for a good night sleep but don’t care about fancy lobbies etc, give it a try.  The price was great for a football weekend!

Good, clean and inexpensive

I came through Alabama for 1day after getting off of the train I had to hurry and find something. The price was very decent. The rooms are very clean although there was a funny smell upon entering. The location is awesome there are plenty of shopping and food stops nearby in walking distance. The bed was so Comfortable and soft I slept so well! It was very quite and peaceful I enjoyed my stay. They offer hot breakfast which was really good. Sausage and gravy biscuits with mini egg and cheese omelettes and a few sausage patties. The Patel's were very kind. They even allowed me to do a late checkout because my next train didn't leave out until 3pm I didn't have to wait long for my train at all after arriving at the train station. It was a very nice stay. 10out if 10 I will stay again if ever I'm in Alabama 

Very relaxing and quiet. I would recommend 

Wonderful hotel. Staff was amazing. So nice and welcoming! My friend and I were staying there for the Texas vs Alabama game! Great location about 4 miles from the stadium and even has food in the immediate area if needed. Felt safe the entire time and was impressed with the cleanliness!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel at an AWESOME PRICE!

Kinda of an old funky hotel located in back of a storage facility.  Near McDonalds and other stores.  Would probably stay elsewhere. Water pressure in sink was dismal and tv was  30 inch.  Kinda smelled but appeared clean. Parking was easy and front desk helpful but somewhat difficult to understand

Comfortable there wasn’t any rooms at the SureStay Hotel was fully book the manager Huey sent me to Quality Inn and the pool was nice to hang out around and the breakfast was the bomb.

Great customer service. Huey is definitely a go to kind of guy. Great location . Close to major highway and local restaurants.  Clean and comfortable  for an overnight stay. Definitely a destination to check out again. 

Give it a try

I came here little over a week for a friendly visit from out of state I came here expecting the front desk to be welcoming and warm but I was met with disrespect they also charged me in total $300 extra because I complained about my room condition of it smelling like cigarettes and mold the covers we also dirty and they did not refund me my money and the manager is VERY rude I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay at this place.

Horrible stay!! Dirty! Unprofessional!

I stopped here because I'd been driving all day and just needed a place to stay.  Quality Inn... I've stayed in them before; they're not fancy, but they're fine, right?  Turns out, it wasn't a good choice.  I have never been in a hotel room in this country that was as dark as this.  No overhead light in the bedroom; the one floor lamp didn't even have a lightbulb in it; the desk lamp had such a dim bulb I couldn't even see where to plug in my laptop without turning on the flashlight on my phone.  
Breakfast was a disaster--food was essentially all gone an hour before the end of the posted hours, and there was literally no one around except someone half asleep at the front desk.

Not a lot good to say

We came into town for college graduation. We had 2 rooms for the family on two separate reservations. My sister called and cancelled one night of her reservation on Sunday and we checked in on Friday. They have a 48 hour cancellation period. When we showed up on Friday to check in- on my sisters card was already charged for the extra night. When we asked the front desk about it he looked at us and said- “what do you want me to do about it?”  We contacted the manager to ask about the additional night charge only to find out- they has not cancelled the night or the reservation, but booked ANOTHER reservation for the additional 2 nights that they booked. They manager said she could do nothing to help and was very argumentative. They wanted  to charge us for the 3 day reservation they we cancelled one day and then the additional 2 days for the reservation they made when called to cancel. These people are so rude! It is so easy ti see that a mistake on their end has been made and they are not willing do some anything but say- what do you want me to do about it. 
DON’T MAKE A RESERVATION HERE!
