No swimming pool as picture shows in the website

This place is great.  OMG the silly people who wrote the previous reviews Shame on You.  This place is very good to great.  We brought our 22 foot Airstream and we had a lovely spot right next to the water.  Yes the pool is not open for business nor accessible and that is disappointing because its in the photos, but a rating of 1 (one), come on, what were you thinking for camping.  The clubhouse is good and so are showers. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the RV campers were very friendly. Full service sites with wonderful views of the water. Paradise Cove Resort and Marina is located next to a sweet little town of Wheeler.

Great Place for RV Camping Next to Water

What a dump! This was a timeshare that my parents bought into when they first opened over 20 yrs ago. The pool has been closed for yrs and they never open the hot tub any more. The pictures on the website are very deceptive. They are now letting people LIVE there and take up some of the best spots. The biggest space on the top is currently being used for some guy to park his business truck!!! The bathrooms no longer have working showers. The road is washed out to the docks now so you cannot drive down it.it is so sad to see what they have done to this once beautiful place. I would never rent any of their units because they are disgusting!

WARNING!! Do not waste your money

There is a serious break down in communication with any of the employees. The number provided was called numerous times with a reply. We went without adequate linens our first night. The fire alarm was chirping all night. It is extremely frustrating not to be able to reach any staff at all. Many of the amenities listed didnt work including the stove so we couldnt even cook our meals. Again tried several times to speak with a staff and no answer or reply to voice mail. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

I think the amenities description should be updated. Maybe it is different post COVID? We had a great time. The space was great for little weekend getaway.

This place would have so much potential if the owners would put in the money, but they don’t. It’s open to the public where it should only be members only you cannot reserve a space you have to go and pick one out. The roads are crappy. The swimming pool is never filled. Washer and dryers are crappy, they just don’t care anymore

Horrible

Spa and pool didn’t work, notes asking to bring own linens and limit water, heater didn’t work, broken trim, no TV. Fridge was filthy on the outside. Asked us to clean dishes

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were great.

This place isn’t maintained. 
Pros: tent camping sites ($33) have water and elec. 
- Rec center has a kitchen with a stove, but not all the burners work. 
Cons: - roads are so bad I bottomed out 3 times in my Prius going 5 mph in the 2 days we were there. 
- Bath house is 1/4 mile uphill from the tent camping sites.
- Not all sites have picnic tables. 
- Laundromat has 4 washers and 4 dryers, but only 2 washers and 1 dryer work. 
- All vending machines are out of order. 
- No water in pool. 
- Not all showers work. 

We understand this property is for sale and no capital improvements are being made.
