The cleanliness of the hotel is very bad. The rooms smelled of humidity  and poor cleanliness. We asked them to clean the room every day and a terrible cleaning service. Since we arrived there was a bottle cap under the table and they cleaned our room 3 days in a row and the cap was still in the same position.

The clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, unlike the morning clerk who locked the breakfast doors with people still inside eating and customers trying to walk in for a cup of coffee.  Ther was a very bright light outside the window that the curtains did not block.  The bedspread had a white residue on it.

Front desk was friendly and accomodating .the room was excellent    all amenities working and extremely clean    excellent breakfast as well...

One of the lower rated quality inns that I've stayed in. The entrance lobby was in great shape and very welcoming. Occupants of the motel inn that's right next to the hotel kept coming in and out all day at the hotel doesn't make for a calming stay. The lady running the lobby felt like this is a normal day and didn't care about it and made it as it was an inconvenience of me to ask her what was going on. Really weird. The breakfast area was below par of any place, garbage pals not emptied, food trays left out from the night before. Utensils from the previous day were left out.

The hotel itself was gross and seems like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years but the staff was very nice. The only thing that was good was it was only a 2-3 minute drive to the main strip/beach. Downtown New Buffalo left us with nice memories.

television channels did not work properly, had to keep trying to receive something. no true cable listing

We enjoyed our stay here so much, we are coming back in late July with my future MIL for her birthday. It's a central, safe, clean location. They offer transportation to and from the Four Winds Casino as well as a complimentary breakfast. The staff was awesome (I think the really nice lady that checked us in was Rebecca?) and there are 2 smoking areas outside, one more secluded back by the wooded area. We can't wait to visit again!

Hotel was perfect for a quick stay. Bed was comfy and staff was really friendly. The price was kinda high for what you get but also about equal to near by hotels. The pool was a little cold, which didn't bother my granddaughter but I'm getting a little too old for that. Overall good place for a 1 night stay. Would recommend if you are needing a place in the area

I requested a handicap room. I had recent surgery toilet was practically down to the floor. No handrails in tub

This is a fully non-smoking hotel, which I love! That being said, this was clearly not always the case, since every night since I got home when I put on my cpap machine, I am greeted by the smell of the febreeze or whatever the hotel uses to cover up the smell of a former smoking hotel room.This is a common phenomenon I’ve experienced many times staying in older hotels (and still preferable to smelling stale smoke) so I don’t hold it against the Quality Inn.Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast had good variety of food to choose from, coffee and tea available all day, the hot tub was actually hot, and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet while staying here.
