We stayed in one of 4 flats: the Entrada.  The unit had virtually all amenities and was stocked with kitchen and bath needs.  There’s common laundry facilities and a common grill. The bathroom was huge and great shower.  One of the best thing was location, easily within walking distance to restaurants and Moab shopping. Ellyn the owner is super nice as well.  Loved the place.

Great location, great accommodations

This small apartment with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen is perfect for folks wanting more space than the average hotel/motel room.  One block off the main street in Moab on Williams Way, you can walk to the restaurants and shops.  We stayed in Flat 4 the largest and it was decorated lovingly in a modern colorful style with comfortable sofa and mattress.  Kitchen fully equipped if you wished to eat in and a small sunny patio for sitting out on warmer days.  Off street parking and a bike lock-up & Washer and dryer all available.  Ellyn and Michael were great hosts and live on site & we loved our home away from home.

A charming spacious flat

Extremely satisfied with our stay at West Side Flats. Michael and Ellyn are fabulous hosts and our flat was very comfortable and lacked nothing. Definitely a great alternative to any hotel/motel or even traditional B&Bs. Will stay again.

What a great place to stay in Moab!

My wife and I recently stayed at Westside Flats for a weekend in Moab. We were in the Paradox unit and the couple we were traveling with were in the Entrada unit. A third couple in our group, staying at different accommodations in Moab, visited us at the Westside Flats and they were favorably impressed with the units, too. Bottom line: All of us so enjoyed the facilities that the six of us all signed up to stay at the Westside Flats next year when we return to Moab! 

Details: Michael and Ellyn, the owners, have one of the five units in the courtyard-oriented layout. Their presence on-site is very beneficial, as they are great with suggestions for food, sightseeing, hiking or biking trails. Michael was happy to move additional chairs as needed for our party of six, including up to the rooftop patio (!). The rooftop patio offers an intimate second-story oasis with wonderful views in both daytime and nighttime. The facilities also offer a secure bike storage area, grassy back patio and interesting and tasteful landscaping, all in a superb location a few blocks off the main thoroughfare in Moab. The units are conveniently located next to a  bike shop for those travelers with road- or mountain bike aspirations. All in all, Westside Flats is a delightful respite from the all-to-often busyness of travel. Whatever your reason for visiting Moab, using Westside Flats as your activities base is highly recommended!

Moab oasis!

Absolutely marvelous!  What a great getaway.  The hosts recommendations we're spot on!  Definitely will come back. Very convenient to all of the hot spots and a great jumping off point for Arches and other sites.

Fabulous getaway!

We stayed in the Wingate flat - it was clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed.  The location is perfect - walking distance to town and a very short drive to Arches.  Highly recommend!

Just right

From beginning to end this was an excellent lodging experience! Ellyn and Michael are available and helpful when needed, but were laid back and relaxed landlords. They live on the property which is great if you have any questions ( we needed help with the TV one day!). We stayed in the Entrada which was perfect for us. It had a microwave, refrigerator, kitchen sink and cabinets which had all the basics we needed (coffee, sugar etc... dishes and silverware). The layout and design was spacious and homey. The bathroom was large and the shower was great- also quite large. The Entrada would be comfortable for a couple who has someone in a wheelchair, it would be very navigable. We went to Arches each morning and were there in 5 minutes, in the afternoons it was easy to explore the downtown area of Moab. Everything about Westside Flats was tasteful, and comfortable. It was so well thought out. We never heard any of the other guests, each unit is free-standing so no walls are shared. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.The availability of a washer and dryer right on the site was a big plus for us also! If you are traveling to Moab, this is where you should stay!

Convenient, comfortable, modern, and quaint!

Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, tastefully furnished.  Loved the location in Moab as a home base for adventures.  Walking distance for restaurants and shops, yet very quiet and private.  Lovely landscaping and wonderful deck for stargazing.  The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more.

Stylish, private, quiet, and perfect location in Moab

This was our home base while we explored Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The apartment had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax after a full day of hiking. It is located a couple of blocks from the main drag, so it is quiet, but a quick walk to a number of restaurants.

Perfect Location in Moab

Our two night stay at the lovely Westside Flats was the perfect ending to a fabulous visit to Utah’s National Parks! Ellyn and Michael, the owners, have created an exceptional property with beautiful flats and lovely grounds located in a quiet neighborhood around the corner from Moab’s bustling Main Street restaurants and just a short drive to Arches NP. Each flat is immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated in modern decor. The bathroom is equipped with a large and relaxing shower; the comfortable bed was especially welcoming after a full day of hiking, and the kitchenette, well-provisioned. In addition, we were delighted to find a washing machine and dryer for guests’ use. Our accommodations couldn’t have been more comfortable and our hosts more hospitable!
