This Hotel has a great location but the rooms are disgusting and not safe like there was blood on the sheets and a bug under the bed and there was no smoke alarm and the staff was so rude and the door to my room couldn't even close or lock. The Metro Inn Motel is dangerous and not great for travelers who are staying on business.

Terrible Room and Hotel 

Where do I start? The rooms were big. But gross, mold on the shower curtains and under the bathroom sink. The bathroom door didn’t close. The only working light had no shade on it. No rod in the closet. The photos on their website are nothing like the actual rooms. My daughter stepped on big pieces of glass outside in the parking lot. The room next to us had people coming and going all day. My daughter found a bag, that had obviously contained drugs at one time. Etc....

If this is the last motel available, save your money and sleep in your car.

Wouldn't stay there again the hospitality is terrible not one person that cares about how your stay is. The rooms are terrible they are dirty, stains on carpet walls are just disgusting. Will never go back or even recommend it on someone's worst day rather go camping with no tent.

What else can be said about a motel with dirty rooms, blood stained linens, missing fire detectors, doors that do not shut to the outside, bugs, trash, (dirty syringes anyone??) exposed electrical wires... Had enough yet? 

Do not stay here!!!

That's Disgusting!

This review is not based solely on the fact that I paid $500/night over Super Bowl Weekend.  I read some of the horrible 1 star reviews.  I didn't find syringes or bed bugs.  The bathroom sink didn't drain, the water wasn't hot and there was low water pressure.  The WiFi cut in and out and the signal was very weak.  It is run by a Pakistani family, and they were nice enough, but they don't have a lot to work with here.  The rooms are small, and outdated, with chipped paint, ill fitting sheets and two small hangers in the closet.  There wasn't any coffee maker or hairdryer in the room- my bare minimum requirements.  I didn't feel safe and made sure the windows were locked.  I also put a chair under the door handle.  I'll never go back.  It needs to be demolished and rebuilt- its useful life has passed.

Not Worth It

If you already booked this place, haven't stayed yet, and are reading this review, cancel your reservation now!

This place is rundown, dirty, and jerry-rigged. I paid $130 to stay here and that included my $30 pet fee. This place is not even fit for my dogs. 

No smoke detector, the fire extinguisher outside our door is gone, the curtain rod is held together by a tied grocery sack, the toilet seat is about to fall off, sheets/blankets are stained and gross and the towels in the bathroom are disgusting. There is no way they have been washed since the last person was here. 

If I didn't need a little sleep before I start another day of driving I would leave. I'm not even going to put on pjs. Gonna sleep a bit and then get the hell out of here.

Omg....RUN AWAY!!!

I booked this hotel through the website and there was a free cancellation and I only would be charged when I arrived.
Well they charged my account 1 month in advance, and the front desk has told me repeatedly that ONLY the manager would be able to correct the error. And that he would be away for 2 weeks.  
When I called to get in touch with the manager, I was told he was only in for the morning and that he would be back tomorrow.  I'm tired of chasing the manager down!!!
Of course I contacted the Credit card company immediately to dispute the charge, but I  tired quickly of the receptionists lack of politeness- even being rude and I am exhausted of hearing her repeatedly say " well everyone makes mistakes.. "   Never again...
