Just adding on to what all these other reviewers say. I wish I would have seen this site before booking here otherwise I would have avoided it. So it looks like I'm a little late to the party, literally and figuratively. Because people clearly party in these rooms. And ours wasn't cleaned after the last party. Cleaning wouldn't help the mattress in the picture though.

Filthy

The only reason we stayed here is there was no other place to stay. Please do no go to this place its not safe and smells of drugs . its in a really bad neighbourhood. Do not take children there. it's filthy. I had to clean it myself with lysol wipesas it had not been cleaned after the last people. it's not even a qualify inn. it's some other weird place. just stay away. I mean it.

Horrible blood stained sheets , broken toilet ,tv stoped working ,no filters for coffee pot in room , no free breakfast , no maid service  ,left a day early was horrible , noisy neighbors two in morning

Not sure where to start but will say I would give this non Quality Inn a minis -10 if I could. To start the check in was by far the worst I have ever encountered. Both people at the front desk did not seem to know what they were doing the check in took over a hour for us (there were 3 people in front of us but there were two people working the desk. After checking in and going to our room we found the halls very dirty and there was a stale beer like smell in the hallway. In getting into our room, we found the room dirty and not one towel to be found. Also, the TV remote did not work very well at all. We went down to the front desk and told them there were no towels and they did not seem to be surprised in fact that seems to be the norm. We had to take a few thin towels up to our room ourselves.  We also told them a pond deaf ears about the remote the people did not seem too surprised and were no help at all There was no working ice machine. The parking lot was as dirty as the halls and as other have stated there were employees by the front door smoking all the time, There may have been drug sales going on there as well. I have to say the next time we go to Milwaukee we sure know were NOT to stay with all that was wrong I would think a partial refund would be in order. Also of note while the sub restaurant is OK the other restaurants in the area are ones that you would want to stay away from. 
On the plus side there is a elevator there. It was needed as we were on the 3rd floor.

Where NOT to stay in Milwaukee!

I was told by the front desk that my reservation had been canceled, however was charged for the full reservation of 5 days. After countless hours trying to work with their customer support for the past 2 months, I have not been able to have this resolved in any reasonable way. Impossible to understand and they have no desire to do what is right for customers.

Very Poor Customer Service

1 they were smoking weed at the front door and room was not clean, I had Covid when I left. And it came from the uncleanliness. I remember when that was Laquita, that was a beautiful hotel. But know that went to hail. They advertise breakfast and we get there no breakfast due to Covid. I also call and they said yes they have breakfast. I won’t never visit there no more

Bad service and view

Stayed here one night. Friendly front desk staff, & they do keep the place clean.  Breakfast was ok, but sufficient; & they do recycle.  
Other than that, suggested improvements (upgrades) would be first to the elevator.  It’s old, had no colored walls to spruce it up, & the floor needs power washed.  Second is the carpet.  It appears that, at least my room, was renovated, except for the carpeting; which, from what I could tell, is the same throughout the hotel.  It’s old, and I believe contributes to the musty odor in the hallways.  
Lastly, there’s a bench directly across from the front entrance, that people were using as a smoke break area.  Either they, or the bench, need to be moved.  Didn’t enjoy the second hand smoke cloud I had to walk through when entering & exiting the hotel.
If the hotel improves on these things, it’ll be a much more desirable place to stay.

More Upgrades Are Needed 

It was just okay.  The rooms were noisy and the breakfast was pretty good.  There was no pool, which I was told there was when I made the reservation.  We couldn't get adjoining rooms at this motel.  We have had them in the past.

State Fair with the Grandkids

Comfortable place to stay and reasonable rates in the Tomah area, Looking forward to staying there again next year.  Easy access on and off the interstate and lots of local places to visit .  Highly recommend seeing the cranberry area fishing and canoeing all the way up to Black River Falls

The bathroom had a lot of hair in the drain from the previous occupants. The shower curtain wreeked of urine to where I got a headache from the smell. The beds were comfortable to sleep in if you could get up into them. They were a little high.
