What was good
I did not like so I don’t know why it says I liked…The worst customer service at the front desk. The room was filthy they didn’t want to exchange my room they canceled my regular reservation and then made my reservation for one night instead of the two nights that I had. They banged on my door the next morning telling me I had to get out when I had a reservation for two nights. Then they kept telling me my reservation was not paid for I had to call the third-party to call them in order to get into my room which took me five hours to get in my room because the front desk would not call the number and then had me pay for my room so I can get in then told me that I still had to wait to get in my room. This hotel scams people out of money.

There was no meals the front desk was very rude and unprofessional The bed was not comfortable the blankets we rooms were older dirty Staff was rude the front desk phone did not work we had a call and mobile number for the front desk to answer I think the running scams there
