I didn’t like the support I got during check in because if the room in non refundable then I should have been able to view my room other than on pictures to decide if I wanted to stay. I was provided incorrect information to go about getting my money back from Expedia. The rep didn’t offer me something different being the room wasn’t to my liking and what I was expecting.

Nice modern decor in lobby and hallways. The rooms could use a makeover and replace carpets. Towels were extremely used, felt like sandpaper on my skin.

Thanks to the front desk upon arrival for low floor accommodations after my recent surgery.

Very middle of the road. Owner / male check in clerk needs to work on his people skills. Giving everyone that checks in a 5 minute lecture before handing over the keys isn’t sending a great message. Especially when every second line ends with “if you do, you’ll have to pay for it” wouldn’t stay here again.

Very quiet and comfortable area with a great staff and extremely clean hotel with no issues. Plenty of resturants of your choice you can walk to within 3 to 5 minutes without having to move your car. All around Great experience, most definitely recommend it.

The room definitely could’ve used a thorough cleaning. All the cabinets were sticky, dirt in the corner of the bathroom floor, dead bugs, laying in a couple places.

The bed had a huge deep in it, the comforter was stained and I had problems with my tv.

This stay was TERRIBLE. When checking in, the lobby had an overwhelming and awful smell. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. The room was extremely hot and, there was trash on the floor in the room, in the bathroom and in the sink. It was disgusting and so uncomfortable.
