A very modern, stylish new construction hotel. Ck in staff was somewhat indifferent, housekeeping staff was still cleaning rooms at 6pm arrival. Very quiet room. Only ice machine is on 1st floor which is kind of weird and inconvenient but not the end of the world. Good brkfst choices. Some nearby shopping, restaurants not too far.

I had an accessible room.  I am not in a wheelchair but if I was there would be no way that I could fit it in the shower.  There are glass doors.  The drain was running very slow so I was in water trying to shower.  The walls of the shower had thick soap scum and a bar of soap was left in the floor.  There was a hole in the sheet.  The staff was nice though.  The lady who took care of breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

If you are traveling and looking for a safe and quality place to stay this hotel is perfect. We were helped by a woman who was very patient as we traveled looking for a place to stay. Answered all our questions and when we got there late at night she greeted us with a smile. They offer free water to the guests. Pool looked nice and the room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my daughter rented a room with my granddaughter the worst ever cockroaches no water beds had pubic hair on them floors were not vacuumed absolutely disgusting stayed 4 hours and had to leave gross

DO NOT STAY HERE.  Disgusting.  I'm not sure why any of these hotel sites still offer this dump! Don't these sites ever check out the places they offer? Shame on HotelTonight, Hotels.com, and others. I guess I need 3 more characters to post...BUGS, BUGS, BUGS.

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the "renovated" room photos online. THIS PLACE IS NOTHING SHORT OF A DUMP. Ended up here after a series of unfortunate events, and did not stay more than 5 minutes after getting my "room". SERIOUSLY ran for my life because this felt more like a place where prostitution or trafficking rings operate. The entire property smells horrendous, the room smell like an ash tray, not to mention the very sketchy people who stay here. The front desk guy, goes to take naps during the day so no one was attending the desk when I arrived. The hotel is undergoing "renovations" which i believe mainly consists of painting the rooms a different color, changing bed spreads, and different flooring. After being given an old, outdated room, I went back and asked for one of the renovated ones, and it wast not much better. The photos will speak for themselves. Again, this whole place should be torn down. There are bugs, unsafe electrical switches left exposed, mold in the shower, bathroom door didn't close, curtains have holes all over, lists goes on. Oh one of my friends who also ended up here had a family of roaches inhabiting in his room. DON'T fall for the photos of renovated rooms they have posted, they are so far from reality.

I have so much to say that is bad here.
1. ROACHES ROOM 105
2. TVs in smoking rooms don't work so they give you a non smoking room and an ashtray to smoke in that room
3. Computer was down. Tried to charge more than reservation amount 
4. Couldn't use credit card. Again, computers down. Sent across the street to an ATM but the ATM was down too. Then John decides he can write your credit card info on paper
5. I'm not even typing anymore
WORST HOTEL EVER!! And I stay at hotels 3-5 nights a week

Booked this room for us to get off the interstate and have a cheap place to crash at 1 am. Wow how disgusting.. I didn’t expect a Hilton but come on this place is terrible and they shouldn’t even be allowed to conduct business in this condition..

This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. The employees here are completely aware they are invested with roaches and still continue to sell rooms!! The employees here are honestly unbelievable rude and racist! I have never been so disrespected before in my life. The employee that was on duty at night clearly stated "you pay for what you get".  I attached pictures of roaches that were in the room. I truly wish I could give this place less than one star!! This place was filthy!!

DISGUSTING

Apon a rival found the place in disorder with night manager scrambling too find us a clean room(we were told that they had rooms that they weren’t supposed to be letting people stay in “BC” they just shampooed the carpet.  we didn't get what we paid for. TV didn't work, the bathroom repairs looked like they hadn’t been done in quite a while. Bathroom tile grout was gross. The sink and tub had holding water with roaches in it. The carpet smelt like mildew. The ceiling had water stains. We were in the room for a total of 10 mins. I told the lady at the front desk I couldn’t stay in the room bc of the  smell and roaches made me sick too my stomach. She refused to give us a refund. Needless to say we didn’t stay and lost out on $53. By far the worst Motel I’ve ever seen. We ended up driving 2 hours back home and staying without power with two small kids. No way I wouldn’t let my kids stay in that dump.
