We stayed at red quill 509 for a week this August. The place had enough room to comfortably sleep our two grown children and their families and my husband and myself. Separations were great, though the down side to this was lots of levels to climb. Living area terrific with puzzles, games, videos. 
Winter park lodging company excellent to work with. 


Great townhouse

We stayed in #303 this past weekend for four nights. Price was reasonable, the unit has a gas grill and private hot tub as well as three deck areas. Bottom floor has the garage and a bedroom and bathroom, 2nd floor has half bath, kitchen, living/dining room, and a nook they call the tea room. Third floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as washer and dryer. The unit came stocked with everything you need, and was very well decorated with high quality furnishings. Location is fantastic, there are multiple shuttle stops within walking distance, including Randi's Pub (drop off) which is about 50 yds from the unit, and the post office (pick-up) which is right across the street. You can walk to pretty much any bar or dining establishment in WP. It takes 5 mins by shuttle to get to the slopes. Only improvements I would make is the unit had very small and cheap towels, someone before us left trash in the garage which we took out (no big deal just a courtesy thing), and the back deck and hot tub area needed snow removal which we did, again not a big deal. Overall this has to be one of the nicest condo complexes in the area, and the rates are reasonable, especially for such a high end unit.

#303 Great Ski Trip

BEAUTIFUL 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath accommodations! Stunning condo with high end kitchen that included Viking cooktop/oven and hearth room with separate fireplace perfect for breakfast. 6 person private hot tub was a huge hit. Large living room great for spending time with family. One block off Main Street and free shuttle service. Beautiful decor throughout. One car garage and streets plowed multiple times a day for easy access. Perfect place to call "home," if only for a few days. Vacations Inc. was a great management company. They came to the rescue when we locked ourselves out in our haste to try out the hot tub.

Wonderful Winter Getaway!

Our family of 4 rented a 3 bedroom unit here in mid June. This is a newer property, so it is a safe bet that your accomodations will be clean and up to date. 

Our unit had 2 bedrooms on the 3rd level, and hugea  bedroom with bunk beds on the ground level. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us, and I would say that you could accomodate 5-7 people comfortably.

The furnishings, linens and appliances were in good condition. Unfortunately we had many maintenance problems. Neither the fireplace in the kitchen nor the living room worked. The washing machine also leaked and was unuseable. We told the maintenace staff the morning after our first chilly night and they did not show up until 2 days later. Also - do not expect to see a gas grille available. Despite the advertisement on Travelocity....this is not a gauranteed option. Three major disappointments that we were counting on in our trip preparation.

I do have to say that the staff at the management office was extremely sympathetic to our situation. They offered us another rental unit - but we made the decision to stay rather than taking the time to pack and move. (Thinking maintenance would be done on the first day) They also provided us a small cash payment to make up for any hardship.

Aside from the maintenance issues, the unit was very nice. The decor was very neat, with a few heritage furniture pieces. Wifi was lightning fast, and TVs were in almost every room. The property was conveniently located in downtown Winter Park, and walking distance from the Thursday night music festivals and several restaraunts. The property was very quiet; we thought we were the only ones there!

I believe I would stay here again....but I will definitely check to see if everything works before unpacking.

Average to Great - Hit or Miss

Perfect stay for our large family.  Plenty of rooms and baths.  The kitchen was beautiful with a gas Viking stove!  The radiant heat kept the condo toasty almost too warm. We made good use of the hot tub, but the metal spiral staircase to the spa was difficult when wet. Our feet literally stuck to it when we exited.  The furniture was showing some wear. the dishes were old and mixed matched as were the cooking pots.  The beds were very firm, but I like firm and slept well every night.  Parking was tight, but the heated garage with ski storage and boot warmers was awesome. We cooked all of our meals at the condo, but there were several restaurants very close.  The shuttle was very close too for the lifts.
