Interesting and comfortable place to stay. Tammie are host was informative and fun. Great breakfast and nice surroundings. Close to everything but far enough away to feel the northern environment. I would recommend and would not hesitate to stay again. Tammie informed us that she would be opening up another b&b in the future and Moose Manor could be sold.

Great find, on the edge of Fairbanks in a pretty rural location. Warm, welcoming and spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed, with a hearty and tasty breakfast. Tammie is a super friendly and gracious host. Highly recommended!!

Great friendly accommodation

I can't recommend Moose Manor enough.  Absolutely fabulous house, room and hostess.  We saw the Northern Lights right from our room.  Naturally we then bundled up and walked 2 steps out the front door where we watched the lights for several hours.   This B&B is absolutely perfect with a big living room complete with pool table.  Our room was so comfortable with a big bath and walk-in closet and 2 huge windows.  Our hostess could not have been more warm and welcoming - and a fantastic cook!  We had the most lovely time and look forward to going back again.

Fairbanks Moose Manor B&B

Tammie’s place is tucked away just 10 mins from downtown Fairbanks. About 20 mins from the airport. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Abbie (Tammie’s daughter) and fresh baked cookies. Our room was cute with everything we need. The common area has a pool table, TV, and large comfy sofa. Honestly, we hardly used it. We spend our morning chatting with Tammie as she prepares our breakfast. The food was amazing. After breakfast we went about exploring Fairbanks. There are more things to do than Northern Lights. 

At the end of the day, we look forward going back to Tammie’s place to a nice and peaceful lodge. Everyone we met was friendly. We enjoyed chatting with other guests and sharing stories of our Fairbanks adventures. This place is truly personalized to the max. We feel right at home. We are so glad we did not stay at one of the chain hotels. The lodge provides enough privacy. The guests were respectful toward other guests. We highly recommend renting a car (all-wheel drive) to give you more freedom in exploring during winter time. Denali is only 2 hours away and the drive is beautiful. We also snowboard at Moose Mountain about 20 mins from the lodge. 

Remember,  this is Alaska. Enjoy the beauty, the outdoors, and mountains. This place is truly special to us. We stayed at Fairbanks Moose Manor B&B for 4 nights and we loved every minute of it. Thank you, Tammie and Abbie. You guys have been amazing to us. Until next time.

A cute tucked away lodge just outside of Fairbanks.

Wonderful! Moose Suite was amazing....it was HUGE! Bed comfy and the manor was so warm and cosy. Tammie was lovely and so was her daughter...both accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Buster was super cute and what a lovely cuddle I had from him on our first morning! Very relaxed atmosphere, lovely chat around the table at breakfast. Would definitely go back. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t get to stay our full 2 nights due to being delayed/stranded in Barter Island! 
Felt like a home 5⭐️

Absolutely perfect!

I had a fantastic staying there, specially because of Tammy's kindness and sympathy. Also, the dogs and breakfast are good highlight of my stay there.
I choosed to stay there because I heard is easier to see the Northern Lights when you are a little bit far from downtown. Also, the hotel is nestled less than 10 minutes from town, including gas station / Walmart and some other groceries stores.
I just didn't give it 5 stars because of the price and there was no Auroral calls as some of others hotels in the area does.
But I definitely I would stay there again in this cozy atmosphere. I wish I could have stayed more nights to see the lights.
