Very good location and the staff are friendly but the site really did require a refurb. There's premier plus which is new but the premier standard rooms are very outdated, it was giving very old Care Home or borderline Britannia vibes. The ground floor was blocked for construction so they may be changing the rooms currently but it's currently definitely all changed. It does provide a different experience in terms of stay.

Good Location just bit old

Easy check-in and friendly staff.  Room was warm, clean and good wifi.
I needed to work for a short time in the room and needed to be in walking distance to town/bus station.  Very happy and will visit again (next time in West Midlands)

Great place to stay in West Midlands

We had a group of 22 people staying at the hotel for 1 night, following a night at the races and there where no complaints from anyone. Great value for money and extremely comfortable and we'll definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We ate evening meal and breakfast.
The evening visit was very good, friendly and helpful staff, the vegan food was very nice and tasty. Thank you Tracy and John W. Who was our server and chef during our breakfast vist. Tracy was very helpful and efficient. John cooked a perfect vegan breakfast. The food was more than ample, and of good quality. Also there was another girl on serving during our vist 6/1. We would like like to thank her for her friendly, cheerful attitude.

Bluebrick restaurant

Wolverhampton premier inn ideally located for the reason I travelled.Night racing at Wolverhampton racecourse.Staff i the hotel and restaurant next to it very friendly and helpfull.Food and drink service excellent and good value for money 

Overnight stay

We stay at this hotel around 3/4 times a year when we are here to visit family. The restaurant is outstanding with Lajla, peps and the chef was shad. These staff are amazing and always ensure you have everything you need they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they are always friendly I would highly recommend this hotel and bluebrick restaurant as it is the only one we will stay at. Thank you to the mentioned staff members for the friendly fantastic service that you always give it is always a pleasure to return we never want to leave😂

Our visit

Great nights sleep. Everything lovely.very clean room. Friendly helpful staff. But had quite a wait for cooked breakfast as they were very busy. But we weren’t in a rush do not a problem. Plenty of choice at breakfast and very friendly staff even though they were busy.

We stayed at the Premier Inn as we were visiting family locally. After a very long journey and a very late check in Phil was there to greet us. He was very friendly and dealt with a minor issue we had with a professional and empathetic attitude. Lovely man who deserves to be recognised

Stayed at this Premier Inn to attend a Kim Wilde concert in Wolverhampton, it’s in a good location just off the ring road and was a 10 minute walk to the venue (The Halls) plenty of safe parking and although they charge for it it’s £3 for 24  hours, hardly extortionate as per a previous review. We ate at the Bluebrick next door to the hotel, both evening and breakfast meals (Very good and I’ve left a separate review for that) The hotel itself is a standard Premier Inn, it was clean, warm, staff all very helpful and polite. We are staying there again in March for another concert and look forward to returning….

Great location , lovely run along the canal , good sleep lives up the the premier in standards .
Good place to stay if you want a comfortable hotel in the centre of Wolverhampton.
