The rooms are spacious and spotless.  Large selection available at breakfast including a large full English.  Only a 10 min walk to the seafront   Brian, the host is so friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble.  I will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent accommodation - definitely recommend!

Well as anyone who reads my reviews or watches my travel vlog will know that I don’t over praise anywhere or anyone unless it’s due.

This little hidden gem needs so much praise, the rooms are spotless, facilities matching much higher priced establishment’s and the owner Brian just can’t do enough for you.

Breakfast was very tasty and prepared hot, a good selection is available.

A hidden Gem

Brian is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble, he even carried our luggage upstairs for us. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! Its not too far to walk to the seafront and it's easy to find free on street parking nearby. Most days we didn't bother using the car as there is so much to see and do in Torquay and there are numerous boat trips and Ferries to get around the coastline. I would definitely recommend Mulberry House, we had an wonderful stay there.

Excellent b&b, great food, very comfortable

Just returned from a 5 night stay and would like to say a big thank you to brian for a lovely stay,we stayed in the king size room which was lovely and very clean, bed    was perfect and towels changed daily, breakfast was fab and when rained brian offered my husband a coat - nicest bloke you could meet ,  hidden gem this place is and we will be back for longer next year xx

Anniversary / birthday trip 

We have just spent a very enjoyable 3 nights at Mulberry Guesthouse. Brian the owner is a very friendly & helpful guy who is prepared to go out of his way to make your stay even more enjoyable. The guesthouse is in a great location with just a short walk to the beach, The rooms are very clean & nicely presented & the breakfast is superb.
