Lovely guest house, ideally located for the Scarborough outdoor arena.
Andrea the owner greeted us with a warm welcome and offered lots of helpful advice to improve our stay. 
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. 
Will definitely book again if I’m staying in Scarborough!

Just come back from the rooms 153 what can I say not one fault at all it’s Beautiful rooms so clean the owner lovely person very helpful and polite very clean rooms lovely spot on location free parking well recommended to anyone who loves Scarborough

I was given the warmest of greeting when I arrived. I’d been body painted at a Sci fi con and still had the paint on, and was looking forward to a good shower. The room was lovely, with plentiful tea and coffee , and the bed was luxurious. Highly recommended

Overnight stay after attending a Sci fi con in town

A lovely welcome by Andrea, room was ideal for any couple to stay at with TV, kettle with Tea and Coffee available. Lovely little patio area at front if you vape or smoke. Such a lovely owner who took her time to chat and get to know you. Friendly place so get booking we will definitely be back!

Amazing guest house with lovely owner

A warm welcome was waiting from the host Andrea at Rooms @ 153. It was spotlessly clean with elegant modern decor, newly fitted ensuite power shower. There were fluffy towels on the bed with lindor choccys on. The mattress was so comfy I slept like a log.  It's in a great location situated 200 metres from Peasholm park and within walking distance to a multitude of bars and restaurants and round the corner from North Bay Beach. 10 minutes walk to the town centre. I would highly recomend and will be definately stay again.

Last minute Amazing place to stay lovely lady and clean rooms and emaculatey clean and tidy and also any problems it all gets sorted and if you need owt just ask and amazing guest house and all the room are amazing too

Fantastic

My girlfriend and I stayed for a couple of nights recently and I'm very glad to say that I chose this place, as the owner, Andrea, was absolutely brilliant and is just so genuinely thoughtful and helpful. The bed and shower were top notch and the room was immaculately clean. There were plenty of tea and coffee too and Andrea was happy to provide more when asked. The place is close to Peasholm Park and was ideal for what we were looking for. When next in Scarborough I will definitely go back there if a room is available.

Great room with fabulous host

Been twice April and June, first time
Me my partner and daughter, double bed and bunks. Second time was me partner my dad my daughter and her friend, we had the family room.  We mentioned  it was my daughter’s birthday and Andrea put balloons and banners up.

Amazing  experience 

Absolutely brilliant, 2nd visit, clean comfortable, new landlady is brilliant, friendly and welcoming, well worth every penny. We will be back again Absolute brilliant place to stay nothing was too much problem to ask for anything, excellent.
