Really impressed with the premier plus rooms at this Premier Inn!  Spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed and all round excellent! Pleasant staff and check in/out. Didn’t have food so can’t comment. 
Only criticism- be great if you could access at the rear entrance near the multi storey car park when you have lots of bags.

it was really good to stay at small town. good breakfast and kind staff. good location near train station and town hall. but parking and other . not to good. just stay few days. cheap price. really nice

Fab location, town centre on door step and a coop under! Clean lovely room! Great staff.
We stayed 2 nights and parked at the Premier inn up road! best to pay for first 24 hr of parking via the machine, then setup the next 24 hrs on your phone and pay! As phone app doesn't allow you to extend parking past 24 hrs! So we had to go back and buy a ticket on the 2nd eve.

Great hotel even better location!

The title expresses exactly why I will never return unless the chain gets into the correct digital age. Working remotely from Premier Inn is impossible, and getting an international receipt is next to impossible with "their new booking system".
I will find other solutions for sure.

Useless for business - Free wifi is a joke - buying is waste of money

The cleanliness of the room was poor, the bin hadn't been emptied it still had the rubbish from the previous guests. Some of the surfaces were dirty (split drink) and clearly hadn't been cleaned at all. Windows were filthy. Paid extra for a superior room with a coffee machine but not much point in providing a good coffee machine when the milk is the standard UHT - was awful. Overall, really poor and definitely not worth the money. 

Could do (much) better

Got notice a few days before that A/C was not working due to refit. They forgot to say the windows were screwed closed, so no air available in room.
Arriving at hotel at 14.40  the greeting at reception was "you can't check in until 3pm, if you want to check in now it costs £10."
At 3 I tried to check in with the machines, they did to work well so I tried the button that said "press for help". The person at reception shouted "stop pressing that button!"
She then came to help and said the machines were old and didn't work well.
Had a sleepless night in a stuffy airless room. Which also had cobwebs in.
Put me off Premier Inn for life 



Worse Premier Inn stay ever

The rooms have no air conditioning while renovations are taking place and it’s not possible to open the windows. They do supply fans but the room was very hot and stuffy, even though it wasn’t an especially hot day, and they didn’t make much difference. If you like a cool room at night I’d recommend going elsewhere until the work is complete. 

Perhaps avoid during renovation period

Recently had a short stay in this lovely hotel, great room & nicely finished.

Great centre location with easy access to the shops, bars & restaurants.

The vibe of the town is at your doorstep but quiet, no noise & I was overlooking the front.

The facade blends perfectly into the rich architecture that Leamington Spa is known.

Will be back for a longer stay for sure, more leisure than business next time.

Leamington Spa the perfect spot

Good breakfast, central location, but there were several signs that our bathroom had not been cleaned… best not to upload photos. We intended to mention this discreetly at checkout but no reception staff came even after pressing the buzzer a few times. So here we are on trip advisor. The restaurant staff we did meet were v friendly.

Booked this hotel as it was very close to the location of a family wedding. The Premier Plus room was spotless and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, and the substantial breakfast was just what was required. Totally satisfied.
