We stayed at Harrowfields for one night in early June. The house is lovely and is in a quiet location and so was peaceful at night. We stayed in the suite which is lovely with a comfortable bed, wood burner and sofa. The bathroom is also lovely, a very nice mix of modern and traditional. Both rooms were very well appointed, with lots of nice little touches. Susie and Adam were very good hosts and Adam brought us tea and cake on arrival. Breakfast was very good. Our stay was fairly short but very nice and we would recommend Harrowfields to anyone.  We ate at the Bell, which is a very short walk away and was very good.

Lovely B&B

Susie and Adam are a lovely couple who run this wonderful B&B  in their 500+year old home in Eckington. We felt an immediate connection as Susie and Barbara are both potty about Emma Bridgewater....and Susie has a piece....or two! So every day, the dining table was set with another ‘display’ from her collection, all very colourful, much we’d not seen before....and the conversation zinged! Breakfasts were real classics with a daily choice of four different fresh fruit selections and yoghurt, a variety of cereals/muesli, a couple of juices, choice of coffee or tea....and all trumped by a wonderful ‘Full English’ for those who could stay the course....and we stayed the course! There are many lovely villages within a 20 minute drive of Harrowfields and Tewkesbury is even less so it is an ideal location from which to venture forth and explore. Can’t end this without mentioning Beanie, Susie and Adam’s adorable little dog, whose own welcome was as enthusiastic as that of her owners. All told, a memorable and enjoyable experience.

What a Delight!

We knocked on the door in the dark one evening, without a reservation, and the welcome was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. Thank you so much for accommodating us at the last minute.

Fantastic B&B

We were attending a wedding party at The Deer Park and needed somewhere to stay nearby.
Harrowfields was the perfect place to stay. Tea and lemon cake  in the garden on arrival was a real treat. 
The bedroom and separate bathroom for our sole use was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The  bed was extremely comfortable and guaranteed us a good nights sleep.
Bathrobes and slippers are provided.
Breakfast was delicious including fresh eggs from the owners chickens.Nothing seemed too much trouble.
If you are looking for a quiet B and B with delightful owners and a brilliant breakfast then look no further.
