We spent 3 night with Rob & Jackie as our hostes. We had the  room with a small terrace, which is exactly the size of room that you need fr few days! They were really helpfull with suggestions and directions. They served us every morning a very tastfull breakfast (a la carte due to Covid) and we had very interesting conversations with them. Their property is suitable if you want to relax but to be also near to town (Brighton).

The perfect place away from city

Jackie and Rob are fantastic hosts, this b&b is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and the breakfast is second to none. My daughter and I had a fantastic stay here and will be back soon. Bud to Brighton is at the end of the road and runs every 10 minutes, takes about 15 minutes to the centre of Brighton and costs about £4 for 24 hours unlimited use. Lots of restraints within walking distance as well as beaches and the cliffs walks. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks you, John and Milly

Great place to stay, so warm and friendly

We had the most wonderful stay here and were made to feel extremely welcome by Jackie and Rob. We will definitely return. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and the breakfasts which are homemade by Jackie are out of this world. All in all a fantastic stay and we cannot wait to go back. Thank you both!

Fantastic stay

Not far from Brighton good location place fantastic hosts fantastic room great clean and good views breakfast fantastic recommend to everyone made very welcome off street parking 2 pubs very near by restaurants near by all round great place

My stay

Wonderful couple run this establishment. Breakfast was perfect and room was spotless. I would have no reservations about recommending this to others.

This has been our 3rd visit to Telscombe cliffs B&B and again we were not disappointed with our stay, Jackie and Rob are very friendly and provide a very relaxed stay. Our room was the terrace and our room is kept clean to a very high standard. It also provided us with fantastic views. Jackie and Rob cook a fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice. Would we stay again, of course without hesitation. See you again.          Parking is on the road but no problem.

Always Excellant.

We spent two nights here in the room with a balcony. The entire property is spotlessly clean and facilities were good. There was a choose of cooked breakfast which was served promptly and with good portion sizes. Jackie & Rob are lovely and were happy to give tips about the local area and transport links onto Brighton centre. Parking was on street but we had no problems finding a space directly outside the property. All in all it was a nice getaway and we would definitely stay again if return to Brighton in the future.

Nice b&b in a nice quiet location

This is a lovely B&B, the room was really nice, comfortable and even a view of the sea and windmills in the distance.  Rob and Jackie were great, very hospitable.  The breakfast was wonderful and set us up for the day. 
We stayed two nights and would definitely recommend and will stay again.   
The location is perfect for getting around and is only a few miles from Brighton and the buses are frequent but it is in a nice quiet location so was lovely to get back after a long day in the bustle of Brighton.

Lovely!

This is a lovely B and B with great hosts Rob and Jackie.  It is just off the main road (A259) with parking in the road outside the property.  It is a short walk to the main road where you can catch a bus into Brighton for £5 return.  The rooms were very clean and airy with an en suite shower. There was tea and coffee in the rooms. Their was a choice of cooked breakfast which when it came was lovely.  There are a couple of places to eat with the local Tavern (a short walk away) by far the best. The hosts were very friendly and if we are to return to this area we will definitely book here again.

A lovely place to stay

A lovely bed and breakfast, the room we stayed in was perfect and the breakfast was plentiful. There is a bus stop just at the end of the road which made going into Brighton so easy. Rob and Jackie were perfect hosts.
