Our second stay at The Fairmile. Jason and Melanie are excellent hosts,  who always make you feel so very welcome. Great location, room spotless, warm and comfy with everything you need. Jason is very knowledgeable about the local area, upcoming events and recommendations for places to eat. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and quality ingredients. Have stayed at quite a few B & B's over the years and this is definitely the best. You just cannot fault this place, looking forward to many more future visits!

Excellent B & B!

We initially booked via a third party but then realised we could upgrade to a deluxe room for only an extra £5 if we booked direct.  The room was large, very clean and had all the amenities you’d need - the towels were SUPER soft! The bed was king sized and SO comfy - that’s very rare!  We even had a cafetiere with ground coffee in the room, never seen that before :) 

Breakfast was delicious and very filling, and the honesty bar in the communmal room was such a great idea - it really felt like a home from home. But above all, Jason was the perfect host! He offered to move his car so that we could park, he was really friendly and chatty - he’d speak to each of us during breakfast, remembering little things about us or our plans. 

The location is great too, just a few minutes walk to the prom and it’s surrounded by shops, pubs, takeaways and restaurants. 

Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! Thank you Jason and Melanie!

One of the best B&B stays ever!  What a great place

Lovely b and b.  Room was spotless and very comfortable.  Breakfast was really tasty and well presented.  Jason is a perfect host. Ideally situated close to shops, bars and the seafront.   Unfortunately we only stayed one night but will definitely be back.

Lovely stay

The picture shows the room we stayed in, good size with two easy chairs. The owners Jason and Melanie are brilliant hosts and the breakfast is just awesome. Massive choices and excellent quality ingredients. Good location near to bars and restaurants and ten minute walk to the front where  you can head for Lytham or Blackpool.

Exceptionally friendly

What a great B&B, such a lovely welcome. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly. nothing too much trouble. Great location and within easy walking distance to the shop and bus stops that take you into Blackpool. Would highly recommend and will certainly be booking again. Thank you for a lovely stay. Warm welcome

Everything was great as always. Really appreciate you going the extra mile and getting up early one morning so that I could have breakfast before I went on a trip to Wales. Sorry it had to be cut short.

We stayed in room 4 at the front of the Hotel and was very happy with our experience.
Greeting was great and we were offered tea and shown the very extensive honesty bar with drinks and snacks at very low prices.
Our room was bright , clean and quite with a super comfy king size bed. The water presure on the shower was a little low but did not impact on our stay.
Lovely hot breakfast with quality ingredients and an excellent range of cold fruits and yogurt and cereal.
We stayed three nights for a family wedding and the fairmile would be our first choice if in the area again.
Excellent free parking outside the hotel.

Excellent first class B and B  accomodation 

We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it so we were pleased upon returning to find it to the same high standard it was before. Room are clean and the beds are comfy. The breakfasts were always yummy and are made to order but there are also lots of extras you can have before the cooked breakfast which the kids really enjoyed. It was my son’s birthday when we were there which I mentioned to Jason and when we came down for breakfast there were balloons and a card and present which my son was so made up with and I thought it was such a lovely gesture. It made the stay extra special for him. The B and B is in a great location, easy to walk to the shops, arcade and beach and to travel out from to places like Blackpool. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming  and offer lots of information about the local area and places to visit.

Amazing I love the 'The Fairmile'. Lovely 'Honesty Bar' and a man was paying for his snacks he had: A bottle of wine, water and a big big big chocy bar!! I'll give it to him it looked tasty as pie. I had a flapjack it was fresh. For my brecky I had a bowl of coco pops cooked to perfection by Jason and Melanie, they run the fairmile. The man had a big English brecky. - Kenneth NP

Wow, what a great place to stay. 
Jason and Michelle are wonderful hosts, with a great knowledge of the area.
Rooms are very comfortable, and spotlessly clean.
The breakfast is excellent with lots of choice. 
No hesitation in recommending The Fairmile, and we will certainly be staying there again.
