We have stayed with Zarina and David on more than a few occasions over the years ... however this year we decided to hire a cottage for the week .. but on arrival it turned out to be very cold and damp .. Zarina and David to the rescue !.... we were lucky to find Zarina had availability for the week and they welcomed us with a warm smile as well as a warm room ...! 
We had a lovely weeks stay ....the room was well equipped and warm .. breakfast was spot on as always .. Zarina even dried my fishing clothing out ....

Just perfect ! 

I’d highly recommend this tea room - the food was delicious and staff were very friendly. We felt very comfortably and they had made a great effort to make the place COVID friendly. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Lovely food and great service!

Just enjoyed a 5 night stay in this lovely cosy, comfortable, home-from-home B and B. 
Zarina and her husband David are great hosts - always smiling and helpful - they’ve got it just right with being fun and friendly and not overbearing. 
Food is great too - David definitely has a way with porridge! 
In these weird covid times, covid measures are in place, and they quite rightly ask their guests to observe all of the necessary rules; as a covid-aware guest I found this reassuring. 
I had a great stay and can’t wait to go back.

One night on thursday

Stayed for 3 nights in the Ramblers Roost room on a cycling/walking trip. I tend to stay around different places in the Dales, not anymore, this is the place for me. So many personal touches that make all the difference to a trip. Comfortable room with fresh milk provided in a fridge in the room, (I’ve stayed in many places, paying a heck of a lot more + you don’t get that) Really friendly owners who can’t do enough for you and in times of COVID when stresses of running a business must be through the roof, Zarina & David do so much to make their guests stay enjoyable even offering to dry walking gear after a wet day and keeping my bike stored, no trouble at all. The cooked breakfast had lots of variety and sets you up for the day ahead, lovely, all freshly cooked on the aga.I can’t wait to go back again. Oh and it’s in a great location! Thanks for a fab stay I’ll see you again very soon - Darren.

Little Gem 👌🏻

We stayed for 2 nights in the top (loft) room as a treat on our way home after a few days camping and walking. What a great place to stay. The room was spacious, quiet and very calming, a great place to retreat to. Parking space right outside, and a lovely walled garden to sit in and relax at the back. The owners are really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice, inc vegetarian. This really is a gem of a place with lovely people helping to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we will definitely return.

Wonderful Stay

Super location In Kettlewell - stayed in the upper floor room - this felt more like a mini loft apartment which is great if you’re staying a few days as very relaxing to retreat to after a long walk. We’ll definitely return later in the year so we can cosy up in front of a real fire in the room - this is a rare find. Very spacious room.
Spotted plenty of bike storage
Lovely to chat with the friendly owners - They are an extremely helpful couple. Zarina can sort out somewhere for your wet muddy boots and leave them to dry by the Aga.
We stayed just as lockdown was easing and Zarina had adopted a very sensible approach to the situation.
Great choice for breakfast - we enjoyed smoked salmon and eggs - nothing was too much trouble.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Little gem

I stayed at Belk's (Zarina is the tea room) B&B while doing the Dales Way from Ilkley to Windermere.  This was my second time there, after I had been before in 2017. 
It is a great family business, fantastically run by its friendly and helpful owners.
My room was lovely, spacious and extremely clean, and breakfast was superb.
I was only there one night but I wished I could have stayed longer.
Everyone was well aware of Covid and there were measures in place to limit the risk of infection, including social distancing and hand sanitiser.
I will return.

What a great place

Visited this cafe once for breakfast and once for a hot chocolate after a long cold walk.  It was very quiet on both occasions but the fire was lit and service was prompt. 

I had aga eggs with beans on toast.  What a plate full, kept be going all day.

Worth a visit if visiting the area.

Lovely cafe

A long overdue review: I had a fantastic stay here - great hosts; well appointed; excellent breakfasts; good conversation and a perfect location. My fellow guests and I were attending a motorcycle rally over the weekend and we can happily confirm to other riders that Zarina will be ready with a suitably-sized stone on to which a side stand can be lowered :) Notes were compared with others staying locally and I think we came off rather well. A high-standard, professionally-run BnB run by a warm and friendly couple. This is where I'd stay if ever again in the area.
