I don't hestiate to recommend this Premier Inn.  Friendly staff, room was comfortable and spotlessly clean.  Very good cooked breakast.

We were staying in Inverness for one night and chose this hotel for its location and parking needs
Check in was quick and efficient and before you knew it we were in our room.
 The room it self was comfortable and bright and was ideal for our needs
We had booked a dinner bed and breakfast package and I must say the evening meal was very nice with no complaints 
The breakfast on the other hand was not, the cooked offerings were cold and unappetising and most was left on my plate, the continental selection was depleted and had not been replenished even though the restaurant was not that busy and the orange juice was of the diluting kind which was not what I was hoping for. 
Would I stay again?, definitely but I would miss out on breakfast

Awful breakfast

I come for a stay a march, I have to give in to your staff the check in was quick and no fuss. Which is what you want after traveling..  the room was clean with TV. Bed where comfy. The food in the restaurant was beautiful had to wait 35 minutes but it was worth the wait

Brilliant service

Thank you so much to the wonderful staff today! We had a long journey from Manchester with 2 children and arrived hours before the check in time and the staff, in particular Wayne could see that we were tired so allowed us to check in earlier! Thank you soooo much to you all. 
The room we were originally booked into had to be changed to accommodate our early book in but it was clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel, we booked Premier Plus Room which was lovely. Having a fridge was great too. Bedroom was lovely and clean.
Bathroom was large and very modern.
Check in was very quick, name asked for and room key given 
Receptionist didn't seem interested to upsell breakfast etc no times given for restaurant and bar.
We weren't told to even put our car details in to machine to avoid additional parking charges. However we noticed machine at door away from reception desk and inputted.
We had breakfast on the morning of check out and it was chaos,one male member of staff on shift the whole one hour we spent in the restaurant.
Hot buffet breakfast could be better, food was hidden in away at back of restaurant in a wee very small space which seems crazy for a very large restaurant. It would make sense to have all the cooked items at the kitchen which was just across from this area.
Constant queue of customers.waitimg for food to be replenished. 
Dirty tables everywhere it was a real shame that they didn't have enough staff on to cover a very busy breakfast service.
We were shocked to go into the bar on the Saturday night to be told by the bar man that ot was last orders at 945pm?

Nice Stay

The hotel had ample facilities in the room, though the WiFi was patchy and air con was sluggish. The bed was large and comfy and the food was great. The location was impressive too - I would happily return and recommend to others.

Great location

Hotel is nice. Bed was good and room was clean and nice. View was lovely. Only a few down sides, No USB socket in room, but reception lent me a usb adaptor so no issue. The heating in the room is a bit loud, so I would turn it off but it turns its self back on each morning so had to get out of bed and turn it off again. Breakfast is nice, only down side was I was there to run a marathon and the hotel breakfast was to late for me so ended up paying one day I never used. Hotel has a bar and restaurant area which is nice but  gets busy and on Sunday night I just wanted an ice cream whilst sat in the bar area but they said was not serving food that night in the bar part. But all in all a good stay.

We have been staying at Premier Inns all over for years, this is the 2nd time this year staying here and both times have been disappointing, this weekend past we were particularly disappointed. The restaurant lets this Premier Inn down 100% with staff shortages, some of which are rude. Our evening meals were slow but nice, but breakfast was very poor quality . Such a Shame as its a great location, sadly for the above reasons we will not be visiting again.

Really great value for money hotel. Clean rooms , friendly and welcoming staff. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, again great value for money, hardworking and very polite staff. Food was well prepared, fresh and tasted good.

Bedroom was not well cleaned & bedding not neat property but a quick flip around on a Sunday this is my first time visit moved to another room much better than first one but just need little fix on crack bathroom tile and paint skirting board. Slept but little noising from hallway/next door.

Beefeater couldn’t accommodate a family of 4, toddler age 3 and 8 month in earlier time slot around 5pm for 5.30/6pm in fairly quiet period only offer at 8pm! Chose cancel meal deal and go around corner for black box takeaway serve great quality hot burger & chip. 

Outside building need a wash down or paint on black limescale/mould didn’t look nice when making first time walk in poor impression. 

Cleaning need improvement and beefeater need better management that’s don’t fob off customer when it’s quiet evening lose out business.
