The staff were great, it was easy to find, there were a range of pubs and places to eat close by, the rooms were excellent for the price we paid.
What was bad
There was no large on draft in the bar.... but given the current situation this was not a big deal.

Hotel was very conveniently located for the SSE Arena. Nice modern hotel, staff were friendly, room was reasonable size and well equipped
