Booked into flat no trouble-Lovely large rooms well decorated, downside which was disappointing was that there was chocolate flakes on computer seat and under it on the floor-does make one wonder what cleaning goes on,also sticky mark on table! Other than this enjoyed stay.

Birthday stay

Awesome location, awesome apartment, the only 2 thing that I will say its the Bathroom and room door needs planing so it opens and closes without jamming on the floor and the bed mattress, I think it needs a little more cushion. The apt comes with washer/dryer, MAC computer, free internet, WiFi, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, stove, oven, fridge, also, shampoo believe it or not, handsoap, towels. Provides you with 2 parking spaces, but the vehicle is not needed in Exeter, the bus is very cheap, only 1£ per trip or you can choose the daily/weekly pass. The great thing is that you dont need a key, the entrance is keyless. Super quiet, no a/c ever needed, read the welcome package before coming to find the answer to all your questions.

Great location and excellent place

We are repeat customers. This time we stayed two nights for son's graduation. Apartment 1 is getting run down and no improvement have been made since we last stayed about 3 years ago. The buckling lino floor in the bathroom is simply unacceptable. While apartment 2, being newer, has better layout and bathroom. There is also a steep exterior stair to climb which in my opinion is not suitable for older folks or families with small children. Short walk to Waitrose. Onsite parking is free.

Disappointing

In theory this is a lovely place. Great location, easy parking, nicely furnished place with a decent size and kitchen. However I wonder who it is for. The Internet does not work. We are from outside the uk so no phone contracts so no internet and no way of planning walks in Dartmoor. I know it's not the end of the world but we paid for it and it simply didn't work. Called number and was told to restart the router which was nowhere to be found. Great. There's a Mac in the corner where the keyboard is broken and no internet anyway. Why bother? No holiday makers need a Mac and for business users a computer with no internet is useless. Bathroom door odd. Tiny thing which didn't fit the space. Means every sound made in bathroom can be heard everywhere. Recommend using the fan. If they bothered fixing these basics it would be a four star place. As it is, I'd go elsewhere. 

Avoidable problems

We arrived to this apartment yesterday to find someone else's luggage inside the apartment. I called the out of hours number with no response. I then tried the caretakers number again with no response. We took ourself into town to see if we would be called back. 1 hour later I tried again and finally 30mins we were called back. Well apparently the so called SAFE door and apartment codes is now working for both apartments. The person who had let themselves into ours was in the wrong apartment and would when they returned back from town remove their luggage....we waited....finally by 8pm we decided we'd had enough of waiting iand did a return journey home as we had no guarantee who else would be able to access this apartment.
