The staff were really helpful

What was bad

Room was really basic. No bedside units just silly wee tables with lamps that took up most of the space. TV tiny, outlook was a disgrace. Ok it was at the back of the hotel but still a complete eyesore. Radiator woke us up at 4.30 am tattling. I have Parkinson’s and tripped on the carpet which was eventually nailed down after being reported twice. Food extortionate as well as drink. £3.50 for a soft drink. Then found out when we paid our bill Zen Holidays had paid the hotel £61 short. In the process of trying to get it refunded.
