A beautiful room and an idyllic setting.  The room had everything we needed for a perfect night away; comfortable bed, clean well equipped room and bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and parking.

Stunning room with fantastic views 

We spent 2 nights at Old Forge Chapel whilst exploring the area. Such a comfotable room [and bed] with everything you need for a short stay. We watched deer grazing in the field from the French windows in the mornings. Very peaceful. Our host was on hand if needed but unintrusive. We would definitely return.

LOVELY 2 NIGHT STAY

Just back from a wonderful 2 night stay at The Old Forge Chapel. Our lovely cosy room in the converted chapel was beautifully clean, with a bed that was so comfortable we could have stayed in it all day! Lots of thoughtful little touches like a Nespresso machine, straighteners and hairdryer. Even a mini fridge with fresh milk-so much nicer than UHT rubbish!
Breakfast was fabulous-freshly cooked to order. Teresa and David are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be returning!

A wonderful find!

The best thing about this is the hospitality.  A warm welcome and friendly service.  The room (chapel garden suite) was a little smaller than expected but was nicely furnished and had some nice touches - e.g. selection of teas, a coffee machine, etc,... The wall clock was not working mind and the individual armchairs seemed somewhat odd, i.e. a sofa would have been better.  The bed was lovely and comfortable.  A traditional B&B in a good location.

We arrived to a beautiful sunset over the fields. Teresa greeted us and showed us into the room which was beautifully furnished and some lovely touches, lovely lamps and artwork on the walls. Tea, coffee, water, biscuits and milk in the little fridge. WiFi and large TV screen. Very comfy settee and bed. Everything was very clean and we had all the facilities we would need. The breakfast was also presented beautifully as with everything about the property. We were very impressed and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

What a lovely comfortable place. We stayed in Chapel facing the fields. Our bed faced the two large doors. What a wonderful view first thing in the morning. Bed was better than the one at home! Breakfast was really lovely and cooked fresh, not your warmed up buffet style here. Plenty of parking and the owners made you feel welcome. Would 100% recommend it! 

Only a night

Stayed here 4 nights, room perfect, hospitality was fantastic and the breakfast was one of the best I've had working away in 20 years!! Very reasonably priced as well. You just can't go wrong basically.

Your greeted by Teresa your friendly host with a super smile. 

A charming 3 bedroom B&B situated down a busy country lane between Chichester and Bognor Regis.  Rush hour can be challenging to get in or out of the property but otherwise situated in beautiful countryside and with an interesting history connected to the WW2 airfield on this site..
If your into high style and design or contemporary country chic this is not for you but it is a very cosy place with ample facilities and all that you might require for your stay.  
The rooms are of a good size, the TV and coffee/tea making facilities tend to dominate. The bed is comfortable ( some nice crisp white bedding would be a bonus ) and you do have lots of toiletries to be shared with other guests before and after you so your not sure who has used them..room for improvement here.... but clean and very warm.

David can be found in the kitchen, in his chef whites and makes the most perfect yummy scrambled eggs.    Breakfast is in a pre booked time slot ( for the perfect experience ) and a pre ticked card posted before 10 pm in the red post box marked what you wish for your full English, not a lot on offer but can be supplied if requested I'm sure.   

It is your Traditional B&B experience hosted by two very likeable people..eager to please and full of local knowledge.  

A small mention:    please bring your earplugs if your a light sleeper, very little traffic at night but the odd passing truck can be heard from the chapel room facing the road.
