Hostels were too expensive on the Saturday night so I decided to pay a comparable amount for this place, and it was worth the money. The room was small but very comfortable, with a TV and a kettle. Through the bathroom did not have shower gel, it was very clean. Sharing the bathroom was never a problem.

The owners were very friendly and kindly made a cooked breakfast, toast with whomemade marmalade for all the guests in the morning, which was delicious. I would stay here again if I am in Chester.

Lovely & helpful owners, even at short notice. Comfy bed, quiet location and got a great nights sleep followed by a brilliant breakfast. Loved the tea cups in the room!! So pretty. 
Only downside was a shared bathroom, but  we knew about this before booking and it wasn't a problem at all for us. 


Really good value, excellent location just a short walk from the centre. Lovely hosts who make you feel very welcome. Clean house with comfortable rooms, (mine was). What more do you need? I will stay again the next time I'm in Chester. I could stay with family but I'd rather stay here because if anything it means I don't have to look at very boring pictures of babies I don't care about. Thanks again. Andrew.

The location of this B&B was ideal for us, its in a very quiet residential area & about 15 mins walk to the centre of Chester. When we arrived we were greeted by the gentleman who owned the property & shown to our room. Our first problem was that there was no en-suite! The website we booked on clearly states 'A variety of room sizes, ALL with bath or shower' The gentleman informed us that we were the only occupants that night so had the bathroom to ourselves! Well we were glad about that, I can't remember the last b&b we stayed in that we had to share a bathroom. The room was comfortable enough. Our 2nd little tip is - if you take milk in your tea/coffee, check the dates on the little cartons. They had left a 'Coffee Creme' carton that had 2014 on it & 3 of the 'milk' cartons were dated Jan 2016!! I don't take milk so I'm ok, but my husband does & it is something that I always check anyway.

Excellent accomodation in Chester

Lovely b&b

Very nice stay with a very nice breakfast.

Very friendly couple but no en-suite!!!

Pleasant tree lined avenue with clean, neat bedroom (though too small for my liking!) and lovely bathroom.  The breakfast was very prompt and well presented.  Parking on the road with no problems. Disappointed that the more spacious bedroom opposite that was empty could not have been offered to me, as a goodwill gesture.
