Our stay with Steve and Matt was agin excellent, rooms are up to a very high standard and the breakfast is fantastic with choices. Redlands is only a short walk into town or there is a bus stop outside to catch the number 12 to get anywhere in the area.

Redlands another fantastic stay

Steve and Matt have done a great 👍 on the hospitality. 
Not far from the harbour etc a ten minute walk just what you want after a nice breakfast.
Parking a big tick from me. 10/10

Lots of attractions in the area to suit all.
If in the area again I would visit again if they had vacancies. 


Ideal location and MORE.

Very welcoming hosts, bedroom very clean & comfortable beds, tea making facilities in room. Delicious full English breakfast,Nice walk to Brixham harbour& town centre. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Very welcoming hosts

Well Matt & Steve never ever disappoint!!! From arriving to leaving everything was perfect. We have stayed with Matt & Steve now a few times, and nothing is too much trouble. And the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs are out of this world. The room is perfect as is the tea tray and fresh bottled water. Most superb stay, as ever. Thank you

Everything was superb from the time we arrived to the time we left.Great breakfast,the room was small but we knew to expect that which we didn't mind at all.Everything was spotless comfy beds.No complaints and Steve and Matt are two top guys and looked after us with minimal fuss with some great conversation over breakfast.

Great staff couldn't do enough for you very chatty breakfast was great room was greatthe location was great there is a bus outside which takes you to Paignton and torquay so you can leave the car parked up or a 10 minute walk to the town and get the ferry

Great stay

Booked a last minute weekend break at Redlands. Parking a great asset to this guest house. Lovely hosts Steve and Matt beautiful old Edwardian house, well decorated and maintained.  Well appointed ground floor room with a superb choice of breakfasts... Nothing  was too much trouble. Will definitely be revisiting Steve Matt and Redlands again.

Lovely ad hoc stay

This is a great place to stay, good location only a few minutes walk to Brixham harbor and a bus stop outside for access to Torquay, etc. Matt and Steve are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and well laid out. Breakfast is great. I will gladly be returning here in the future.

Great place to stay

Just arrived back from a lovely four day break in Brixham. Stayed in the Redlands. Matt and Steve very welcoming. Rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast, amazing with lots of choice. If your looking for somewhere nice to stay, this is the pkace to book. Definitely stay here again. Walking distance to Brixham Harbour.
