Really nice to walk into a hotel where staff have a little time to talk to you (ok it was dead but still not the point.). Service was good, food was as it is in a premier inn but a shout out to Oliver and Debbie who double checked I had the meal deal and were just darn nice throughout my stay.

Above average stay :)

I loved the breakfast and dinner food at the restaurant and would say that was highlight of my stay. Premier inn Brighton city centre is a very good option for a budget hotel and my stay there was comfortable and cheap. Service was also on point, staff was polite and went out of the way to made me happy.

Great service

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Brighton City Centre. The location is excellent, close to all major attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to Jiya for her exceptional breakfast service; she made our mornings delightful with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. Gino at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in smooth and welcoming. Overall, a highly recommended stay with lovely staff and great amenities. Will definitely return!

Outstanding service and exceptionally friendly staff

Had a fantastic stay with family! The staff were super friendly, rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely coming back next time! Had a super fun time in the city and the hotel.

Good Service

The hotel is quite nice and the ambience is good. I got help and a nice chat with the staff about exploring the city along with couple other things. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel rates are comparable to other options available in the city.

Good experience

No heating all weekend! Not informed prior to arrival or upon arrival...ole in wall.of room under window.Good central location, outside impression was dirty, but inside okish...quiet room on 7th floor, lift only went to 6th floor...

Weekend away

It is hard to separate the Hotel from the place its in, Brighton is not really a nice place or a good setting for a stay longer than 1 day. 
The hotel is located next to one of those dodgy phone shops. Once you leave the hotel you are accosted by the local homeless on every street. The hotel itself had poor sound proofing, so you can hear what your neighbors are doing. And many doors throughout would slam even if you were careful to be quiet. 
The "ultimate" wifi was not up to par, with constant disconnects and not working on some devices at all. 

A small surprise was that there was a bath in the room, after being told there wouldnt be on the site. I had a nice soak.  Everything else was standard Premier Inn affair, Room was clean and bed was nicely made. I did not interact much with the staff but they seemed perfectly pleasant. 

Not the worst experience i've had, but definitely the worst premier inn ive been in, and overall worst trip out because of brighton itself.

One of the less good Premier Inns, in a town that didnt serve as a good vacation

The worst premierinn I’ve stayed at. Feels rundown and grotty. Lots of little things wrong. The only reason we stayed was a good price, but even for that I’d expect better. Premier inn brand really felt let down by this hotel.

Rundown hotel

The room was dated and very dusty, being asthmatic this was a problem
The windows were left open but had a plastic screen stopping you from closing them and being on the town side of the hotel it was extremely loud all day and night resulting in very little sleep, the window screens were also wedged shut with tissue and cards 
The curtains were falling off the runners and wouldn’t shut properly 
The bath needed a wash before it could be used
Would not stay here again

Dated horrible room

We all know what to expect from a premier inn as they are all pretty much the same but the team here were very friendly and smiling and we had a comfortable nights sleep! Easy transport near by for getting around.
