I booked this hotel for a business getaway for Bottlebanks LTD, I was not let down. It really made us feel at ease and refreshed for our audit of Popworld, Reflex, and Mr Pizza. 

The rooftop terrace offered beautiful pan au chocolats, made fresh by Craig ‘the Croissant’ Cummins every morning. He then sends you on your way with a quick slap on the tush.

The rooms are modern and well textured, and come with a state of the art 13 inch Flat Screen TV. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and guarantees a minimum 8 hours sleep, I believe their mattresses won the 2016 Which.com award. 

The building is extremely safe with beautiful scaffolding protecting the exterior. Great wheelchair accessibility with plenty of stairs on entry.

Absolutely ‘ROCKS’

The linen and towels were lovely and fresh and the room was clean. Soap and shampoo was supplied which was great for such a budget stay. There was a kettle and cups the staff were great they gave extra coffe and milk on request. The heating worked well it was very warm we had to turn it off. There was a large sink in the room with the shower and toilet opposite our door this was shared with a few other rooms and was clean. I could say it was a bit dated but if you want swanky go pay £100 a night this room cost £14.40 and was ideal for a stay over after a show. There is parking to the rear but our touareg was too large to get down but there is also on street parking right outside. Once again I will mention the staff who were very cheerfull and polite.
I will definitely use an OYO guest house again amazing value

 · A firmer mattress for me but that's not for everyone

Clean friendly basic

Room was what you would expect when paying £26 a night however mattress was absolutely awful, however all beds had lovely clean sheets and selection of basic toileteries, location was fantastic and young girl at reception was friendly and helpful, we only stayed for one night don't think I could really cope with another night  here however is perfect if all you want is somewhere to sleep for the night. Car park was full yet a car park just around the corner for £7 for 24 hours

Trip to blackpool

Whole building and rooms very dated and in need of a full refurb,looks like a rundown hostel from outside.
Parking which was free limited to 3 possibly 4 car spaces at rear which is a nightmare to get into via a very narrow alleyway.
Wouldnt stay here again.

Disappointing

This “hotel” should be shut down 100% filthy disgusting 🤮 one room bird crap all over the back of the tv….. feathers the lot been years worth of that for sure, outside garden what a mess not very attractive on the outside nor even the inside. False advertising, infection control measures don’t seem to bother yous! Trampy place!!!!! Moved rooms to then find a dirty brown towel in the floor of the shower REVOLTING! A bin would be more cleaner to sleep in!  3 stars absolutely not wouldn’t even give it half a star!🙄 

VILE PLACE 

Upon check-in it was evident that this hotel had not been cleaned recently. The rooms were filthy and there was a layer of dust and grime on the top of the toilet. In addition to this, the carpets were dirty and there were splash marks up the bedroom wall. The bathroom is so small that I am 5’2 and my knees touched the door whilst using the toilet. The sink is also in a different bit of the room, no lighting, dirty (surprise) and cold water. 

Our main concern with this property is how cold it was. Upon checking in, we noticed that both windows in the room were open and when we tried to close them we noticed they were broken and covered in mold!! Eventually, we managed to somewhat close them and thought that the temperature of the room would rise by the evening. How wrong we were! After coming back to the hotel around 9.30pm, the rooms were Stone cold. We noticed that despite the radiators being on in the hall ways, both room radiators were not working and did not have a dial to turn as this was broken off. I cannot stress enough how cold it was. It was the end of November, on the North west coast of England during a snow storm, the room was ice cold. I tried to contact a staff member using the phone number on a poster in the lobby but they did not get back to me. 

Myself and my family were forced to sleep in the clothes we were wearing (it was far too cold to change), coats and even hat, scarf and gloves yet we were still shivering and could not sleep. This was not helped by the fact the duvet was so small, definitely not a double and did not fit around myself and my partner despite being almost on top of each other. 

I am in utter dismay on how a hotel like this is being advertised. It was unsafe and unhealthy, with myself and another member of my family leaving ill.

STAY AWAY! A HEALTH RISK!

As soon as we arrived at this hotel we knew it was going to be bad. The window outside was hanging off. I’m the room the plug sockets were hanging off the wall. The sink was coming off plus the bathroom is really small. The room is literally falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

One of the worst if not THE worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I would never ever come here again, we never ended up staying. Paid for a private room. We ended up getting a bed and a sink that stunk  - ‘our’ bathroom was across the hall opened and thats was apparently a  private bathroom, bear in mind someone was using it at the time!
‘due to their mistake’. I told them this is not acceptable and we want what we paid for, 
They said we would have to stay there or accept a refund! And it wasn't even a full re fund.  We are stl waiting for this re fund and booking.com has now got involved.

Avoid completely

We booked this hotel as a cheap getaway. We didn't expect much, but assumed the photos reflected reality. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was awful. Unclean, gross, still full of rubbish from the previous guests. We were meant to stay for two nights, but left after one. If we had booked a hotel with crap pictures and we got what we'd booked I wouldn't mind, but it was just a lie.  There's an automated check in, which was a bit weird. The only benefit of this is you don't have to explain to the owners that you're leaving early because their hotel is gross.. AVOID.

Should. Be. Condemned.

Me and my friend went for a birthday weekend away, regret booking this hotel almost immediately on arriving, the rooms reek of wee, beds were covered in stains, dust, cracked window. Didn’t feel safe when we were there. Should of been some form of lift etc. The carpet on the stairs were not well fitted as my friend fell and broke her ankle 

JUST AVOID THIS PLACE
