Just returned from a 2 night stay at this wonderfully traditional bed & breakfast. The owners Martin & Peter were helpful and attentive. The room we stayed in was very well presented and included everything you would need or want. My wife was impressed by the little details such as make up removal pads and cotton buds available in the bathroom. 
The breakfast was really nice and not rushed, there was plenty available and was all fresh produce. We absolutely loved the English breakfast!
We visited Bexhill to attend a concert at the De La Warr Pavilion, it was a 10-15 minute leisurely walk away so this B&B was perfectly situated. We also took a trip into Hastings by train, the station is a 5 minute walk from the B&B so again perfectly situated. 
If we were to visit Hastings or Bexhill again we would definitely book this B&B again. 

Excellent short stay at Arden House

We stayed for 2 days, wish we could have stayed longer!! Was like a home from home.Martin and Peter were excellent hosts. We had a lovely breakfast each morning. Felt like we were staying with friends!! Would highly recommend

Holiday

Stayed 3 nights for a wedding in town. Hosts were exceedingly welcoming and helpful, even gave us a lift to the ceremony. Rooms,linens, bathrooms all spacious and comfortable. Full breakfasts beautifully prepared, delicious and copious.Location is perfect: close to center but peaceful. Highly recommended, look no further just book here!

Deluxe Comfort and Service

Spent a week here and once again as expected we were not disappointed.The hosts were superb - nothing was too much trouble attending to all our needs.Room was immaculate and the breakfast is ( I hate to say it) better than my own! This is by far the best B&B we have stayed at in Bexhill and always try to return when we can.

Week away at Arden House

We had done our research on TripAdvisor be fore booking, and can only confirm all the positive feedback that Peter & Martin have accumulated for more than 10 years of business.

Everything was near perfect from our meal arrival where we were met by both Peter & Martin, everything was explained and our wishes for breakfast etc were ascertained.

They both proved to be fantastic sociable hosts with a great eye for detail, and we can truly say that a better breakfast experience is hard to come by, so five stars 
⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ from us.

We will definitely be returning next time we are visiting friends in Hastings.

Fantastic Place & Hosts

We spent 3 nights at Arden House. Peter and Martin couldn’t have been more hospitable. Our room was well appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet. Breakfasts were a treat in themselves. Arden House is in a very quiet residential road but only five minutes from the sea front. An enjoyable stay and we couldn’t recommend it strongly enough to others.

Impeccable B&B

Proof that Trip Advisor works... this is a lovely little B&B; excellent hosts, homely bedroom and a breakfast to die for.

We were warmly welcomed by Martin, who made us feel relaxed as soon as we arrived with cups of coffee, homemade lemon drizzle and a formal introduction to Bruce the seagull. We were in Room 3, a double with private bathroom, which overlooked the well tended back garden. 

Arden House is well situated for the railway station, town centre, seafront and DeLaWarr Pavilion, all within a mile of Manor Road. There was plenty to do in Bexhill with two visits to DLWP, a French Market and an event on the seafront over the weekend.

The icing on the cake (not quite literally) was the amazing full English served up by Peter. Where possible the food is locally sourced, and well worth the effort. It was so good we had to skip lunch, and have a lighter dinner than planned.

We are already scouring the DLWP gig list so we can arrange to return to Arden House in the not too distant future. Excellent.

Home from home

We booked last minute for the bank holiday weekend and so pleased we did! The b&b is very comfortable with comfy beds, beautiful decor and a long conservatory overlooking the garden. Breakfast was divine- cooked by Peter. Both hosts Peter and Martin are warm, friendly and interesting people. Fantastic location walking distance to the shops, beach and gallery to boot! Book without hesitation :-)

A little gem of a place with lovely hosts

Stayed for 2 nights for a short break in the area and perfectly central for exploring Hastings, Eastbourne and Brighton about an hour away. Lovely B&B with easy on road parking in quiet street. Room was spacious and had everything you need and even some fresh milk for a cuppa on arrival. Very friendly and welcoming hosts and fantastic cooked breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the garden. 5 to 10 min stroll to the front where there are plenty of establishments to get an evening meal. Would definitely recommend if your planning a trip to this area.
