A 5 room hotel in a multi-flat houses neighborhood next to a large Nyvky park and Nyvky metro station. Hotel is hidden by a guarded entrance and parking lot. Outside of business hours you have to use doorbell next to an exchange office under VillaNinna 14 sign. 24 hours reception, very attentive and gentle personnel. You can order breakfast for extra 150 UAH and sauna 200 UAH/hour. It's possible to pay with a card. I was living in a Junior suite on 4th floor, which is rather large. It has a terrace overlooking the Nyvky park with 2 chairs and a table. The room has minibar, safety box, heater, air conditioner, large TV with selection of Ukrainian and international channels, a closet, a table and one chair. There is a king size bed and a fold-able sofa. The room has a small issue with sockets. There are 2 sockets next to the bed, which are behind the drawers, but I was able to plug in a phone charger. Sockets next to the table are behind the closet and I failed to plug in my laptop there. I had to unplug heater not needed in summer in order to charge my laptop. Light are also rather dim and the table has rather powerful lamp, but it is too small to light the whole table. A bathroom is impractically large with a pretty sophisticated shower cabin. Nyvky neighborhood has very little to offer to a tourist, but there is a large rather neglected Nyvky park. Along Peremogy avenue in 700 m you will find mid-size Furshet supermarket. Around metro station there are plenty of street food vendors. Nyvky park hosts Taras Ukrainian fine-dinning restaurant. 2 metro stops or 3.7km from the hotel you can find MegaMarket hypermarket next to Shulyavska metro station. On the other side of the Peremohy avenue from Megamarket there is a good budget Ukrainian restaurant Puzata Hata. It takes 10-30 minutes by metro to reach the city center depending where you are heading.
