617 reviewsWe absolutely loved our stay at the Excelsior Junior all the staff, entertainment staff and bar staff were excellent with our baby he had the best time. We did have an issue with ants in our room which we reported to the reception staff and they where quick to deal with the issue unfortunately it was reoccurring but we did get offered another room to the end of our holiday. The food was lovely it was a long wait in-between starters, mains and desserts but there were 12 of us so understandable. CANNOT THANK THE STAFF ENOUGH! for being so sociable, caring and kind with our baby we where made to feel really welcome. Only issue we did have was the last day of our holiday when we where having our last meal before heading to the airport and that was the Main Waiter and his attitude towards us after taking what we had left on our Tom Bands as their tips when there was only £10 between us all that was left we were going to tip more before we left but the attitude towards us from the Main Waiter changed our minds which is a shame because all of those boys that work in there deserved more.
