Korumar Deluxe Hotel

Stayed here last week for 5 nights with my friend. If you choose to stay then I highly recommend a sea view room. The views are stunning, especially of the sunset in the evening. You overlook the cruise port and the town and it's just beautiful. The hotel is sat on the cliffside and you can choose to relax around the pool towards the top or take the lift or stairs down past the gardens and on to the private jetty and beach. It was lovely to choose between the two locations and have a different view every day. The pool was cold (we are only just in May) but we used it.. it was large and deep in places which in summer must be very welcome to cool off in. The guests and staff in this hotel made our stay enjoyable. So friendly and welcoming. A lot of regular guests return year on year. All the bar staff were great. Can't remember all their names but Adnan, Okan, Idris and the girl in the lobby bar looked after us most evenings. We also chatted to Metin and Tito who organised the entertainment who were lovely. The hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy. Our room was spacious enough for the two of us and the bathroom fairly modern and clean. Room service every day and fresh towels. Mini bar could do with having beer or wine in so you can have a drink whilst getting ready but was stocked with only water and soft drinks. Not a huge problem, just a suggestion and personal preference. Only the buffet restaurant and Sedir restaurant open during our stay I believe as it was quiet still. We tried both and were satisfied. But we did venture to eat by the marina one evening. Only a 20 min walk or a very cheap bus ride down (bus stops right outside the hotel). Drinks under the all inclusive package are local drinks only. Anything branded and there is a charge but the local drinks were fine with us. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful relaxing and very welcomed.
